It's so strange tho. ISP asks for info on who created Anthony_shots, but they already know who did...and ask for others who may have chatted or met with Anthony_chats to come forward, and do so by tying it to Libby and Abby...

He is however , the creator of the Anthony_Shots accounts.
He got very young people to follow him, correspond with him and eventually send him nudes and other explicit photos of themselves.

What I think happened is that he sold the photos, passwords, etc to other pedos that engaged with these poor kids.

He may have never met any of these victims but instead collected the money and reaped the benefits.

Maybe LE is at a point where they are a step away from figuring out WHO (out of the people involved )actually showed up at the bridge and carried out this crime.

Maybe whoever this is attempted to meet up with others before, and used the images to keep the victims quiet...and maybe, just maybe one or more of those victims has FINALLY come forward to say who this person is ...OR ...ISP are hoping that victims will spill the information now that we have this guy out in public.

You would have to admit that KAK back in February 2017 had to give LE a lot of thought as to if he was involved. IMO that could be the reference in the 2019 PC about being on to something early on. They have probably been looking at KAK again since that conference. It has been discussed here that 2 people could have been involved with the murders. I could never buy that but now I have to wonder.

All he did was make up a username, and copy some photos from a model's social media account that had over 500k followers at the time.

That was easy, amateurish, and incredibly lazy.

People who sell accounts tend to have original content; it doesn't look like this guy had anything that couldn't be reproduced in a couple minutes.

According to FBI spokesperson, Wendy Osborne, a State Search Warrant was executed Saturday afternoon on a home on Canal St. in the city of Peru.
After conducting the search, the Federal Agents determined that the home has no connections to the deaths of Liberty German and Abigail Williams.
This is the second search warrant issued by the bureau as part of the double homicide investigation.

Apple iPhone 5c This phone was named Kegan’s phone and was the phone he turned in t0 the Indiana State Police. The phone was last utilized on approximately 02/27/2017.

While looking over the Digital Forensics Examination Report, noticed the user of the Apple iPhone 5c deleted multiple items off the phone before turning it in to law enforcement. On February 25, 201 the search warrant was served on the Kline’s residence and Kegan was interviewed and polygraphed. On February 27, 2017 Kegan called the Indiana State Police to turn in the Apple iPhone Sc. On February 25, 2017 at approximately 7:30 PM, Kegan’s polygraph was concluded and he was transported back to his residence. The Digital Forensics Examination Report shows at approximately 9: 19 PM, the user of the iPhone 5c started to uninstall and delete apps from the phone. At approximately 9: 19 PM, the user uninstalled and deleted Snapchat. At approximately 10: 14 PM, the user uninstalled and deleted Instagram from the phone. On February 26, 2017 at approximately 1:12 PM, the user uninstalled and deleted MeetMe from the phone. When we consider interests and associations, this could be the Lambo connection for the fake identity. His interest in vehicles via his trade or association came through. He was creating the profile as his dreams: the car, the jacket XXXL as would be purchased by him and added to the shopping bag in the right size to take the dream a little further.

I'm amazed, from the screenshots, that anybody would fall for that fake profile. And by his confession as reported, some young women DID fall for it. Amazing, isn't it? Young men who look like "boy band" singers, who have stacks of money and a garage full of fancy cars--my guess is that they don't need to troll for girls online.

The actual model in question even has a disclaimer on his Instagram, as this apparently has happened countless times with his photos.

The one smart thing KAK did, was create a bio that partially fit with this real person, so if someone asked questions he had a plausible story as to why he would be living in Indiana.

Given that ISP is asking for information from people who may have communicated with the 'anthony_shots' profile I think it's safe to assume they aren't confident they have records of all the activity or messages that were sent or communicated via that account. As far as the connection to the Delphi case, I wonder if they are trying to establish if any of the girls he was communicating with were ever pressured to meet him in a remote location. That's the kind of thing that might tie his behavior to what happened in Delphi IMO.

This is crazy. If we assume that this Anthony_Shots creep was initially discovered via one of the girls social medias, and we have a search warrant served out of Peru Indiana (within weeks of the murder), How could this not be connected?
We do not have the details of how they came about this Anthony_Shots warrant served out of Peru. Something tells me it isn't just a coincidence, otherwise how did they happen upon the profile in the first place? Then they serve the warrant and find multiple instances of catfishing and illicit photos, and they do not make an arrest as a result of the warrant for three plus years?
I would assume if they did serve the warrant based on something they found on the one of the girls phones and they would have had evidence of the chats between the two based on the phone dumps they did on the person connected to the "Anthony_Shots" account. But taking a look at the legal documents pertaining to the Peru warrant, the information gathered was just phone dumps (some information had been deleted) and not records directly from Instagram or Snapchat. So did they have evidence on the girls phones but could not corroborate it via the phone dumps?
Or is this guy not involved with the murder at all but did catfish one of the girls? Its possible. It's crazy.

I live in Indiana, just north of Delphi. Peru and Lafayette are about an hour apart.

If I remember correctly, Chadwell had some ties to Peru .. either an arrest or had lived there at some point. I am not sure how to find that info on here but I remember it being discussed.
