MOO i think it's too long to get to the bridge after pic, also by AW picture time, BG had already been seen by them on the trail.
But... Good idea as we are not privy to the messaging going on before going to the bridge.
IIRC LG asked other people to go, and that is could habe been by SC or other app.

I think online stalking can also take place for example if someone is using multiple aliases as KAK apparently was (emilyxxxx and anthony_shots) and L deleted Anthony but didn’t realize emilyxxxx was the same person. We know of the SC photo of Abby on the bridge (sent @2:07) but could’ve been taken as early as, say 2pm, then the video of the suspect on the bridge (2:30 according to FBI billboards), so that opens a possible 1/2 hour timeframe.

I don’t understand Snapchat and Instagram anywhere near as well as some of y’all do, so I’m asking if this is possible.
Last week someone suggested that maybe Libby posting the picture of Abby on the bridge was a message to Anthony_shots that they were at the bridge. A good question I thought.
My question is it possible Libby took and posted that picture and her only intent was to share it with her friends, but that because anthony_shots had attempted to catfish her, he would have received that picture along with her intended friends. Then he could have contacted someone he knew was close to the bridge about the girls being there.
This might explain why the girls were talking about the creepy guy and seemed to act as if they were not expecting anyone. Of course if might have been because they were expecting the cute guy and not this creepy guy.
So…is that possible? If so, it would mean Libby and Abby were not at the trails to meet anyone.

He may have seen her snaps if they were friends, but LE believes the area was prepared before hand possibly. So I think it was well planned in advance.

"The Indiana State Police has received many media inquiries since our December 6th press release concerning “anthony_shots” and eventually the identification of Kegan Kline. Your questions are certainly relevant as they relate to a long, complex, and extremely complicated murder investigation.

During the last nearly five years, we have conducted dozens of secondary investigations based on information we received. One of those investigations included a Possession of Child case resulting in the arrest of Kegan Kline. The information we had, have, and continue to receive concerning Kline has ebbed and flowed over these last few years. We understand there was a period of time that passed between 2017 and 2020 when Kline was not arrested and incarcerated for Possession of Child . Once the Indiana State Police presented the criminal case to the Miami County Prosecutor in June of 2020, immediate action was taken by both the Indiana State Police and the Miami County Prosecutor’s Office, which ultimately resulted in Kline’s arrest.

Like so many other pieces of this investigation, we will always review, learn from, and make any necessary adjustments. We do not believe that any person has done anything intentionally wrong, but we will continue to critically evaluate our efforts.

I think if she'd posted it to her stories on SC, any of her friends could have seen it. Usually you can post to stories, and/or directly send it to whichever friends you choose.

I think Snapchat stories can also be viewed by anyone, depending on account settings. Mine is set to friends only

Short answer - yes.

ETA Anthony_shots instagram is still up. LE was granted a search warrant on Feb 25, 2017 and at that time KAK admitted to creating the fake profile, so the fake photos would’ve been known about way back then. By April, 2019 surely LE would’ve made the connection once again if the newly released sketch was only created from a memory of the same photograph? Who was the innocent mystery man in the photo and where KAK swiped in from online had long been solved IMO.

It is one thing to willingly come forward with information concerning the profile Anthony_shots' solicitation yet quite another to simply remember the specific usernames Anthony_shots or emilyanne45 from five years ago. There were appx 15 victims (pg 2).

Judging by the Probable Cause in this case, the number of victims may not be high in number but there are times when their contact was lengthy. IE, one victim's contact using Kik Chat 135* was almost 6 months long (Apr-Oct 2016) with emilyanne45. That particular victim may definitely recall details from their encounters.

I believe it to be likely that the contact with our victims, A&L, was by using the white iPhone 5c. It was not taken in the initial FEB 25 search warrant yet was turned in to the ISP on FEB 27 after KAK uninstalled and deleted all of the (5+) apps as soon as he got home from taking the polygraph at the Peru Police Station and also on the following day, FEB 26. (pg 33)

Evidence on the iPhone 5c was destroyed when KAK deleted the apps. Some still images were recovered.

I do hope LEO was able to recover data from any contact with KAK from LGs iPhone even though her phone went through a factory reset.

I read this as there may have been some concern that this wasn’t followed more closely. Maybe going back to look into it will yield some information that may have been missed, hence the requests for info on communications. JMO

I read it as they unintentionally bungled the investigation into Kline and are now playing catch up. I'm also leaning towards the idea that they only released the request on info about anthony_shots to get ahead of the WISHTV piece and they didn't realize the network had the probable cause affidavit that named Kline. I didn't see anything encouraging from that statement aside from the fact they are going over old leads which might eventually yield something. JMO

I would have to say that I think Kline is definitely a POI after today's ISP statement. The interest may have ebbed and flowed for 5 years but he has been on the radar and thus is a POI. This says more about him than any other person we have seen so far. JMHO

These following paragraphs almost make it sound like this "anthony_shots" may have been a shared account. That would certainly complicate investigations but also making online evidence stick to one particular person. Just some thoughts.
