I may just have missed this--lots of traffic here lately! But I've got a question about those multiple trips to Las Vegas, before and after the murders. Do we KNOW that he was in Las Vegas, or do we just THINK he was in Las Vegas because he has said so? I.e., is there actually PROOF that he was there on certain dates, or do we just have his facebook posts and public statements saying he was?

I don't think there's any proof. I would be more inclined to believe he was there and started a job on 2/13/2017 if he had actually added that around that time compared to adding it in 2020 like he did. It looks suspicious whether or not it is, at that point

I just hope they find that one piece of evidence to convict the killer. It took the police and the FBI five years to catch the killers of the Rhoden family in Ohio. And LE suspected the actual killers for years, but couldn’t arrest them without key irrefutable evidence. At least two of the killers took pleas deals and are now prepared to turn on the others.

I think LE has been following KK for a while. How else did they know he was going to be at his girlfriends house when they arrested him? I think they’ve been waiting for him to slip up.

There was the infamous Jared Fogle child bust back in 2015. Jared lived not far from my house and I remember how shocked we all were when the FBI agents descended on his home.

He is currently serving a 15 year sentence.

I don’t think LE would fall for his bizarre self-reported work history. There are too many holes. I think they been tracking him for awhile. That had to be why LE knew he was at his girlfriends, where they arrested him. MOO

I don’t understand Snapchat and Instagram anywhere near as well as some of y’all do, so I’m asking if this is possible.
Last week someone suggested that maybe Libby posting the picture of Abby on the bridge was a message to Anthony_shots that they were at the bridge. A good question I thought.
My question is it possible Libby took and posted that picture and her only intent was to share it with her friends, but that because anthony_shots had attempted to catfish her, he would have received that picture along with her intended friends. Then he could have contacted someone he knew was close to the bridge about the girls being there.
This might explain why the girls were talking about the creepy guy and seemed to act as if they were not expecting anyone. Of course if might have been because they were expecting the cute guy and not this creepy guy.
So…is that possible? If so, it would mean Libby and Abby were not at the trails to meet anyone.

We don't know how many more pictures Libby took on that bridge. We have seen only two, maybe if we saw the sequence, it would look totally mundane.

The Rhoden case was quite local to me, I'm pretty sure that law enforcement just waited for their suspects to move back to the state so that they could properly surveil them at which point compelling evidence was gathered.

In many cases, perhaps including this one, law enforcement just has to be patient and diligent. They're a team, it's their job. Hunted killers on the other hand have worrying and controlling themselves as 24/7 unpaid labor. Most of them relax by this 5 year point and it can just be a matter of them still being watched.

I remember seeing the black vehicles parked in front of the home and wondering what the heck was going on. I feel very bad for his (former) wife and kids.

What is odd to me, it appears he waited until after he was 'caught' to wipe this device. IF he was knowingly involved, why wait?

Well the easy answer is that he wanted to look at the material on his phone. He didn’t want to delete it.

According to KAKs list of 30 charges, after he was busted in 2017 it looks like he might’ve laid low for a time but he was back at it by 2020. Whatever this was about might’ve been what caused someone to finally notice the apparently neglected fat file already compiled.

I'm still catching up, and if I'm understanding this right .. he was not busted in 2017. He was only questioned and given a polygraph. His arrest didn't come until 2020.

They are looking at someone else who lives in the house. IMO either as a coconspirator or an enabler.

I'm not sure if I seen the same video that you seen, but I was confused if this was something recent (going back to the house) or if they were just showing some old footage from the first time they searched the house?

It’s interesting if you think of predators particularly child predators as having a similar mindset of a hardcore drug addict. They know it’s wrong, they know it hurts themselves and others but they cannot look away. They need to save their sick pics and videos because in their minds they cannot let it go. It is their drug of choice if you will. IMO

I have so many more questions now.

This part from the article is blowing my mind as one can interpret what they are saying in so many ways!

I really, really hope this doesn't mean that someone in LE unintentionally let something big slip through the cracks.

I had a whole lot of faith in the upwards of two dozen different agencies that have worked on this case that they were all checking each others work to make sure that nothing was missed!
