So true--the murderer(s) might be criminal masterminds, or might be lucky morons--I'd guess it's some combination of forethought and luck, but you're right, we have no way of knowing that right now.

I think you're right about the scouting trip. Remember DWW (dog-walking woman), who saw a mysterious person at the far end of the bridge around mid-day? My own guess is that BG scouted from the trailhead to the far end of the bridge. DWW makes me think it was at least a couple of hours before the murders.

In my guess, BG watches DWW leave; then he strolls from the south end to the trailhead (remember the theory that the girls saw him near the trailhead and spoke?) Now he knows there is nobody behind him, on the bridge and to the south of it. He then waits/lurks somewhere on the trail. Now the girls appear on the trail and cross the bridge. He gives them a few minutes, then follows them across the bridge. Because he has been scouting and monitoring, he knows there is nobody anywhere in the area, and there is no easy escape from that end, either. The girls are alone and vulnerable. Tragedy ensues.

This sounds likely to me (MOO). Whether the girls (or just libby) were previously targeted, or if they were random targets of opportunity, isn't clear but it could be either, in this scenario. Planning plus luck? As the man said, "One day, we'll know."
I still wonder on the April 2019 PC ask about the vehicle parked at the CPS lot from noon-5pm. I've always assumed that was a kind of open timeframe to account for either side of the murder, and that maybe LE already had information on the vehicle itself, since they didn't ask about the make/model, but specifically wanted more about the driver.

Taking into consideration the a_shots stuff, I now wonder if perhaps the vehicle truly was there from around noon on, and if LE knows that (via witnesses, surveillance footage, cell data, etc.), it might indicate that L did indeed communicate early in the day (maybe around 8am) their intended (or hopeful) plans of going to the bridge that afternoon. Maybe it's a clear sequence of events: two devices logging in and out of a_shots around 8am, KAK's cell at the Peru house early in the day, KAK's cell at a house on Country Club Rd later, a vehicle is at CPS from noon on, and the murders sometime after 2:15pm. JMO.

Maybe but if LE has proof of Libby communicating the bridge plans to KAK or anybody else for that matter and then that person travelled to the Delphi trails, leaving their car parked during the same time the crime took place, considering he denied any involvement, wouldn’t that be enough evidence to lay charges? I can’t imagine more than five years past what additional evidence they’d expect to collect as by now all cellphone analytics and DNA analysis I’d think are completed. IMO a key piece to the puzzle is still missing, unfortunately.

this is a serial killer a random person this is a cold case even if they say its not its been 4 years now and nothing. what I dont get is why the sheriff's press conference when the crime happened he said to the cameras were going to get you and how when your family finda out what you did you're going to feel ashamed blah blah blah like the guy really cares hes a phycopath who just killed two girls he could care less also they should of said time of day this took place maybe someone could of said well john doe didn't come to work that day or my cousin tossed a knife in the river that day I mean whats with the police not giving info out thats the problem with serial murders why they get caught when they're 70 not as soon a possible. so they needed to a long time ago say what day and time it happened also if a knife or gun was used they dont need to say how many times stabbed thats irrelevant, just say the weapons used or if jewlery was taken because some weirdo may have taken something gave it to his girlfriend so if she sees it on tv can come forward. this won't get solved they blew it in the first 24-48 hours by botching the press conference and just taunting a psycho whos laughing at them. law enforcement needs to change the way they handle serial murders because its not working this way. more info out to public the better ,if they had dna or anything to go on it wouldnt be a cold case.

I tend to agree. LE blew it by releasing so little info.

Something I've always wondered, was there any way back over the other side other than having to go back over the bridge or through the creek / water ?

Over 5 years since these beautiful girls were murdered and all we hear is crickets.
KAK looked pretty much a shoe in on the balance of probabilities / circumstance but no further movement at all which is thoroughly disheartening.

We just want today to be the day, if not please let there be "the day" because the alternative would be heartbreaking.

Justice for Abby and Libby, please !!

I assumed it was tactical and they're waiting to see what comes out of the woodwork from that.

Release the 43 second video/audio (or more if there is) !

See map attached. There is a way to get back but not without a lot of walking either through private property or on the side of the street.

mm.. that's not possible.. as it was an error by someone from the courtsite .. they also couldn't have predicted that some podcastor lawyer was waiting to snatch anything there

I mean, that’s what’s been *said* - but I tend to agree that IMO it was likely leaked on purpose to put some pressure on KAK to give them more info/roll on whomever.

ETA I suspect it was never actually on MyCase. Someone probably gave it straight to the MS folks. On purpose. Of course they would never say that to the public.

what the lawyer from the mudfer sheet did was actually against the ethics of the bar ...but ur saying he was hired by le to manipulate the public ?
I am not sure whats the logic behind putting pressure on kak ? if anything ppl noticed his rights might have been violated.. so he can use it against them

California man arrested for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬, grooming at least 80 kids | wthr.com

7 of these victims are from Kokomo. Take a look at the map and see how many are from Indiana.
Davis is suspected of portraying himself as an 11-year-old girl named "Lizzy" online and speaking with children in an effort to groom them. Deputies said Davis would then direct the children to make child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 that showed them in sexual acts with siblings or other kids. Davis is also accused of speaking to victims in sexually explicit language and sending them child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 videos.

"What's particularly heinous about this is that this grooming led up to our suspect asking these children to perform sexual acts on their siblings, other relatives and other kids that they know and film it and then send that video to our suspect," Sgt. Rod Grassmann, spokesperson for the sheriff's office, told ABC10.

Wow. Indiana is lit up in red on that map. I wonder if the tip they received came about because of KAK.

I was wondering if there was a connection too.

The fact that they haven't reacted makes me think that the information isn't that significant. Maybe there's other information to exonerate KAK, or they think everything he said was a lie, or it's only the edge of the truth.
