So sad that teens can not even go hiking on trails on a nice day anymore. I use to ride my bike everywhere. This is so tragic and devastating. Just breaks my heart that nothing is safe anymore. Praying this monster is caught.

Please don't post random photos of persons you THINK may be involved.

We need to wait for Law Enforcement to name POI's before we go there.

Thank you.

I wonder if it was a common "hang out" for the girls. Maybe they enjoyed going there.........and someone knew about it.

Food for thought, good idea :( Its quite possible, other than that could be a serial killer loose. Poor girls. R.I.P. now in heaven

Heartbreaking! So many of us drop kids off in groups to enjoy friendships then the worst fear of parents comes true. Praying for quick justice!!!

I am in shock, as I was reading my time last night about the girls I couldn't help but think about Lyrica and Elizabeth and I happened to see online news in Australia that they are awaiting confirmation on Abigail and Liberty possibly being found? So sad. :-(

I agree that so many of us drop kids off to enjoy friendships - but I don't think "so many of us" have the worst fear come true. It's really, really rare statistically to drop children off at a routine place, and some murderer grab children and kill them. REALLY rare. Thank God. Through the power of the internet we've begun to think this is common in our time, and was uncommon in the past. It was uncommon in the past, and is statistically even less common now.

Prayers for the families of these two sweet girls, and prayers for a quick resolution to finding the perpetrator(s).

Finally caught up reading.
You're not alone. My first thought also was L & L and how much they were alike. One girl was smaller than the other. Both of them happened on a trail when they were alone. The bodies in both cases were found on near a bend in the river. I checked the map. Evansdale and Delphi are 400 miles apart or 6 hrs (I-280, I-80, and I-65 or I-20, I-90 and I-65). Someone living between would have about a three hour drive either way.

I would think that they should have been able to ID them right off with less than 24 hours after death.

Looking at the pictures and maps shown on the links, it looks like they were found near a bend in the river which wouldn't have been right under the trestle.

Anxiously awaiting any new details.

Oh my! I didn't even realize these two locations were that close! :(

Social media makes it easy to see where people are and what they are doing, I'm interested to know whether that area is used for camping.

Regarding the photo Liberty posted and the shadows that might or might not be people. One link earlier posted here (since taken down?) led to a fb page of probably a friend of Liberty who shared this photo, and people were discussing what they saw in it. They were blowing sections up and posting them in the comments, and I have to say, when blown up I could clearly see a figure standing between trees. Very scary. I think these two beautiful girls were followed.

I can understand why photo's have been taken down, but if you couldn't see the face of the person, what's the point. By having people viewing the photo it could just jog someone's memory on something or someone they saw that day. I believe Liberty would not have taken that photo if they were not scared. This whole situation is very disturbing and heartbreaking
