Does anyone remember what the other town was where they served a search warrant?

As well as the one on Bicycle Bridge Road, search warrants were served in Peru and Lebanon

Yeah, after posting I realized all those charges were for the same incident on the same date.I initially thought they were six violations on six different dates. Definitely makes sense he would plead to just one charge. Sorry I misunderstood.

I'm sure a complete background check was completed weeks ago against said property owner( PO for short )

So why NOW arrest him?

If this doesn't have anything to do with our girls than LE just put a huge target on PO. If this crime becomes cold years from now fingers will point to him, such is small town life.

I don't know about ALL 75 year old men, but most do well to shuffle through the house, let alone run through the woods, through creeks and over rickety old bridges, JMHO. I'm very close to a 70 year old who does well to potty on his own.

And I'm still waiting to see if LE will address the arrest. Someone posted earlier that it's all over SM yet there's crickets on msm Twitter. Boy, if there is no connection then IMO LE made a mistake in enforcing a probation violation arrest at this time. As many of you have already pointed out this could ruin the man's reputation forever.

I agree. I feel sorry for him.

There was a large police presence last night, and they were conducting a search.

We discussed it this morning.

Just an FYI, IMO and all that.

I know 80-yr-olds who cut (from the woods) two cords of firewood each summer to heat their homes with. Themselves. Just sayin, "we don't know what we don't know" and the limiting factor of assumption can be a true handicap to our minds. No disrespect intended, just pointing out that there's a lot of variety in the human race.

Do you know how he died? Not making any insinuation at all, just curious more than anything

I cannot seem to find that interview for the life of me. Also, it is not in the media/maps thread for this case. .

At this point I don't feel sorry for anyone but our victims and their families. I won't accuse anyone either though. I trust LE had their reasons to make this arrest whether it has to do with something more sinister we will find out. Jmo
