No. The land owner where the girls were found has been arrested on a parole violation (old DUI charges). But, he has not been named a suspect in this case.

I obviously can't say 100% that it wasn't RL, but I have known him for many years, and even though at his age he is very mobile and in excellent health, there is no doubt in my mind he is innocent of any involvement with the murders. Yes he likes to have some beers, and maybe made a few bad decisions, he is a good man. I hope his name will be cleared very soon. First post by the way. I couldn't stand seeing the suspicion being unaddressed by anyone who might know him.

Technically, it was a probation violation, not parole. But yes, we do not know of any connection to the murders as of now and he has not been named a POI or suspect.

Ah, ok. I don't know the difference between the two. Thankfully!![]()
I researched fanny packs and there are many that hold a gun and that are brown leather. IMO I thinks this is a leather brown holster fanny pack sold at Walmart. Is there a Walmart near this location?

To me it means that LE is looking for an item or items that were known to be in possession of one or both of the girls and the item or items have not been recovered yet. That's interesting. I wonder why after all this time they would continue to search? Surely any remaining evidence would have been compromised by the elements. Perhaps they are looking for something specific that they know is out there, somewhere?

I wonder about this my sister's murderer was picked up and held first on a parole violation while they gathered more evidence to charge him.
I hope they arrest him soon...

This is definitely interesting, could be for unrelated.....but interesting
edit: although I find it hard to believe said person would be held without bond unless it was related to this case......MOO
Sooo have the two voices been compared? The voice of the one taken in today to the perp?

Not answering your question but firmly believe the voice on the recording is one of an older (over 40) man who is a smoker or (not trying to be funny) toker.
IMO
