He was seen at TS by an officer...so he has a time it happened hours before they even went to bridge.

Do you have a link to confirmation from LE he was seen by an officer? TIA

my guess he is staying in because his time there counts against whatever time he may be given at his next court day. He likely is getting good time as well, which further reduces the amount of time he needs to serve.I don't know. I believe bond was granted, but perhaps his attorney advised staying in for now for RL's safety or some other reason.
I'm not positive, but I believe the wording was that they *believe* that he at least participated. It only makes sense that they would believe that. They also said they cannot tell whether the voice and the video is of the same individual, because it is unknown to them. I think they are piecing a story together as best as they can with what they have and that leads them to think a certain way, however they have also said that nothing is off the table, which leaves it wide open. Like others have often said here, it seems that they don't know $h!t, which is very sad considering they have video and audio and whatever else they have. Since things seem to be rather dead-end-ish, I just threw out a potential alternative scenario for consideration by sleuthers.LE stated that BG participated in the crimes. They must have something more. Jmo.

he is in jail because he violated conditions of his probation. I don't believe that he is the only one that ended up in jail. LE has said there has been multiple arrests since there investigation began. This is so sad. Justice isn't served by keeping this man in jail. He should have been released on his own reconnaissance. He is no threat to anyone and the public isn't safer with him in jail. How terribly tragic that the only person to spend time in jail as a result of the investigation into the murders is the old man who owns the property upon which their bodies were found.
I've been searching the media thread with no luck. Does anyone have the link for which LEO said (and I'm paraphrasing):
'BG is a middle aged white male and RL is a white male.'
I believe this was said in response to a MSM question comparing RL to BG.
TIA

It depends. Sometimes LE releases cause of death but more often than not they don't, at least not immediately. Specifically in the Missy Bevers case LE has never, and still refuses to, state the cause of death - as they consider that information stategic (to use their words in the 5/20/16 press conference).I'm new here. And a neophyte to sleuthing...
Is it unusual that LE didn't disclose the manner in which the girls died? Wouldn't it be helpful if the public knew if it were a stabbing or a shooting? A person might realize that their husband/boyfriend/uncle's favorite knife/gun is missing or has been cleaned...
As I recall, in the Missy Beaver's case, LE told the public she was bludgeoned during the first press conference... Thanks
JMO...
I remember reading it not hearing it. I've been trying to find it for a couple days now.
Without finding it on Google maps, I cannot say with 100% certainty. I have heard it is about an 8 minute drive. I know I know, hearsay. I will get the map out when I am back to my PC (highjacking a coworker's PC for WS...yes!).
You can drive from one end of Delphi to the other in no time at all anyway. Remember, this town is not that big.

"Basically, we're just following up on some tips and interviews and leads that we've gotten," Riley said while blocking traffic on the county road east of Delphi. "We're trying to either clear him or see if he's more of a suspect than what we originally thought."
Maybe Riley didn't choose his words carefully but he did use the word suspect.
A big red flag is raised to me when the security at RL's PV hearing was held:
"Logan was surrounded by law enforcement officers during his walk from a sheriff’s car to the elevator in the Carroll County Courthouse. Delphi Police Chief Steve Mullin held the elevator while Logan came in with two deputies and Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby, and a deputy watched over the railing from the second floor.
Outside the courtroom, Mullin, two deputies and Carroll County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Mike Thomas guarded the inmate entrance to the courtroom. Inside the courtroom, the two deputies with Leazenby, as well as the sheriff himself, stayed with Logan throughout the hearing that lasted about a half-hour.
Several reporters from newspapers and television stations were on hand for the hearing. Leazenby said in a later interview that it was a fine line to decide how much security to have."

If this was a mere probation violation hearing there would be no need for the security of this magnitude. And the security is directly tied to RL due to Leazenby's comment about "fine line." Has anyone found the interview Leazenby gave yesterday referred to in this article? I'll go sleuth. I am not on the RL is BG bus, but there is certainly more that RL knows, was involved in, or has connection with in these horrible murders for this amount of security IMO.
I'm wondering if the media may be going off the journal entry on MyCase after his court hearing yesterday that states - Held without Bond::

IMO it's because of the death threats he has received and they are REQUIRED to keep him safe in their custody.

I would think the same, but I cannot tell from the picture of RL being led into courtroom building if he is wearing a bullet prof best? Would that not protect him also?

You wouldn't be able to see the bridge from the Transfer Station. Nor would RL be just cruising by. HTH?

The man is the photo is middle aged and white, Sgt. Perrine said. Mr. Logan is also a white male. At this point we cant verify anything.
I will continue the frustration. Not because it's good but to show the many reports there are. IMO, a person close to RL, stated he was at the TS at the same time as the murders. Ugh. Who do we believe??Be awhile off lunch break now ...was In The convo right after hearing yesterday
