I saw chatter about a gag order but have not seen any link to a court order. I'm pretty there's 1st Amendment issue there that would require a Judge's decision?
I'd love it if you have a link to LE being 'concerned' with KN's statements.

Apparently it isn’t a gag order. It sounds more like professional courtesy to me.

I thought the interview of KN was very interesting. The men did state that they were asking her about a rumor. She said she had not heard anything about it. So that was basically it for that question. The value of the video (for me) was in her responses. I thought she was being honest. But I’m no body language expert.

Yes, and thank you for your candid response. KN appeared to be quite complacent with the interview , I noticed she became quite elated when MS started to interview her. Personally speaking, I have a few queries about KN. JMO , I do not see KN as being submissive, in fact I think the opposite.
Because this site is quite restrictive , I can not really give my thoughts as to why/

Yes, I realize it probably pertains to the Colorado matters, but it SHOULD pertain to ALL legal matters in all states.

Just wanted to say that I see on your profile that you have Chiari. I also have a Chiari Malformation. Had my second brain surgery last year. When I see someone else with it, I like to say "hey."

So I can see that Indiana LE knows about her statements but I don't see any indications they have 'concerns' about them.

The judge also scheduled a Nov. 1 hearing to address bond for Nations and for arguments related to a gag order requested by his attorney to limit pretrial publicity.

IMO the pretrial publicity request is fairly common. If it is not granted it is usually followed by a change of venue request.
As of right now there is no gag order in place and a request from DN defense has no bearing on what KN says, nor what you and I say nor anyone else.

KN said he was living under the Camby bridge (1 hr 20 minutes from Delphi). I have also read that sometimes employers pick up workers from these homeless camps so it is not too big a stretch he may have been picked up for construction work or similar towards Lafayette/Delphi/Kokomo way. Or he may have driven the car he was sleeping in. MOO

I wonder if you can hop a train from the Camby homeless camp to the Delphi area? .. then hitch hike back?

I have always thought there were two people that did this crime .. and IMO Nations just doesn’t seem smart enough to pull this off on his own. Someone with more savvy and sneakiness planned this.

Not all those outlets interviewed KN. There are only 2 of those that had interviews. The rest are using the original interviews; and there are duplicates in your list.

Totally! You’re absolutely right. We covered this a page or so back, but my point isn’t that they are all separate interviews. It is that the MSM is publishing the info related to DN and KN as well. Websleuths is not alone in considering this a possibly credible lead.

I will be curious to see whether they can link this man to Delphi’s immediate vicinity. If so, that changes the odds in my opinion.

I'm speculating Greeno and Stroup have done a deal with a MSM group. It's noticeable that no MSM agency has yet ran this recent KN interview.

Not sure what would be the point of different dates. Is there a reason why KN would not want to admit having left IN, or being in CO, sooner than what she said in the 'interview'?

She also changed her story about DN's access to the .22. In the Colorado Gazette interview she said she wasn't sure if DN ever had access to the gun, in the video interview less than a week later she said DN had as much access as she did. (I posted quotes, details and links a day or two ago.) So I tend to take what she says with a grain of salt, including whether it's jeans on the arm of the sofa or it really is a blue jacket. MOO

According to this article, shortly after DN's arrest in Colorado, Sherrif Leazenby stated the FBI will investigate Nations first, and if warranted, Indiana investigators will travel to Colorado to continue the investigation.
I guess the FBI found something of interest to necessitate ISP making the trip???

I also remember hearing that...which is why I was leaning in towards DN but have not been able to prove that so I just thought maybe CO LE put some aspects together and IN had good reason to come and investigate. But if there is a link out there about an LE conference, that would be great...but i couldn't find one.
