I don't buy into the theory that the sketch was done from a photo but witness(es) and a DNA "snapshot" I can buy into. I seem to recall that the profile in the Vanessa Marcotte case also gave an age range as well as athletic build and short hair. Amazing stuff to me.

I do remember talking about it briefly when our sketch came out but didn't realise how accurate and helpful they could be.

I've been kind of biding my time ... waiting on Colorado to pan out ... watching to see what the New Year will bring ... or will it just be another "One Year Anniversary of this horrific unsolved crime here in" yada yada yada. HOPE NOT!

I want to know ALL about BG ... am as yet still slightly uncertain re: DN. In some ways I see him as just a weak young punk and yet- there are many possible connections that intrigue me. I have always believed that CO and IN crime scene similarities must include either very particular wounds inflicted OR a symbol perhaps carved in ... IDK. The recent sleuthing of DN's apt pics was interesting. Anything new we can bring forth to sink our teeth into? SO frustrating.

Hope RL has a ghost writer working on his story. WHY did LE spend so much time at his house? Had BG been there??? Any why did they search the Bicycle Bridge Road place so early on? I recall seeing pics of an upstairs bedroom window there on BBR with flashes of camera lights going on and off while LE spent time in there after dark. But WHY???

It is amazing I really hope they do it on the documentary I am watching about the Zodiac killer as they believe they have a sample of his blood.

As trying as this case is, it’s never as bad as the families working through this.
I really hope something or someone breaks with the holidays and guilt over this murder.

Re DN - we may only have to wait till 15 Dec (11 days) to find out if he is plea bargaining - I don't think we will hear anything at all on either Co or In till after that. The reason I think this, is because of the hatchet. IMO that and the 22 calibre gun are the similarities as well as the way TW was found. They have said there are similarities so what else could those similarities be?
Unfortunately I don't believe DN/BG will still be in possession of the weapons he used on 13 Feb so the other evidence will be key. The voice, video, gait, witness id, dna, finger and foot prints, fibres, tyre tracks etc ( i.e. whatever else they have that we don't know about).
I don't think there is any connection to RL, BBR or any one in Delphi, Peru or Lebanon as I think he acted alone. I think LE spent time on the other searches due to tips .
If LE have privately done a Parabon analysis then I am confident it will really help rule out the hundreds of POI's that they have. I don't think it will rule out DN because he is so like the sketch and I therefore think the DNA will come back as a match. I don't think his DNA will be back yet so I think we will be in for a wait of at least 90 days from when ISP went to Co to interview him. ( i.e. January at the earliest). They may even be waiting on other DNA to be processed before DN's because we know they have taken cheek swabs. This is why Ives isn't waiting for the results as he knows he wants to leave this December.

According to LE it is an artist's composite.

Indiana State Police Sgt. Kim Riley said the sketch is "an artist's composite of the information" collected by all the agencies involved in the investigation, including the FBI.

My guess is that it was taken from details given by the witnesses, attributes gleaned from the video stills, and perhaps even additional information that has not been released to us.

Combined bonds $15K. Last hearing was 11/6.
In El Paso County arrested & charged with Class 5 Felony Menacing, Class 3 Felony Endangerment & Reckless Endangerment, Trespassing, attempted assault, criminal mischief & failing to register as a sex offender in El Paso County. Held on $6.8K bond; next hearing on menacing charges was Nov. 29th. Hearing for El Paso charges on Dec. 15th for "maybe" a plea deal. "Maybe" a POI in Abby & Libby’s case in IND.
Plus in Indiana these are 3 separate cases. Warrant/Writ issued 5/25/17 (11/16/16) Marion County: Drug possession, paraphernalia, and driving without a license. Warrant/Writ issued 6/5/2017 & 10/18/17 (4/25/17) Bartholomew Co. (Greenwood City Court): Driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warrant/Writ issued 9/29/17 (6/1/17) Johnson Co: Failure to register as a sex offender. All now have outstanding warrants.

Don't know "what" kind of hearing for the hatchet & .22 is about. Plus the Permanent Restraining Order Hearing at 3pm the same day.
