Since I'm not, I did try to find some information. Granted, I'm not the best one at finding information, but below is a link that if I'm reading it correctly, indicates DN is still incarcerated. Under date released, it is blank.

There are also several 'holds' listed with 'out of county' warrants. So I would assume he's not going anywhere on his own anytime soon.

I could be completely wrong, of course. Figure we'll find out soon enough...

Was away for a week, then took 3 to catch up.

@Shire: if your poll is still going on, put me down for not homeless, possibly DN.

BCA and IceIce9 posted upstream about homeless encounters they had. I wanted to add one.
Years ago, I ran into a friend of a friend I hadn’t seen for a while and in the course of conversation he mentioned he was going through a divorce and had been living out of his car for a couple months. If he hadn’t said it I wouldn’t have known. He was clean, shaved, clothes were clean and unwrinkled, no signs of the typical homeless stereotype.
Just expanding on how someone can be homeless - or temporarily homeless like DN was - and not look like they are.

@mtnlites: you were talking about the possibility of BG being deceased. That thought has been in my head since there was a body found In Indiana not long (month or so?) after Abby and Libby. It was talked about in the earlier threads, not sure if it was a murder or suicide, but eventually determined to have nothing to do with Abby and Libby.
I’ve always wondered if BG might commit suicide. Maybe out of guilt or remorse. Maybe as the only way to stop himself from hurting anyone else.
No proof of this having happened, but a possibility why he hasn’t been arrested yet.

I can't see him getting out anytime soon with three additional Indiana holds on him, regardless of whether he is BG or not.

I am under the impression that this has to do with the children, as KN is also appearing in court tomorrow. Both are named on the docket, and usually the only persons being named on the docket are the persons being charged. Could this be for charges being filed my CPS against both of them ? MOO

I can't see what KN would have done for that to apply to her as well. DN has now been violent towards her twice so I think it is on behalf of CPS, KN and the kids against DN but IMOO. If she didn't do it she probably wouldn't have a chance of getting them back. AJMO.

Mostly because I don’t think we have enough information about the crime to form any kind of profile around the killer. All we know is that he murdered two teenage girls. We don’t know the weapon, whether they were sexually assaulted, etc., so we can’t say that the Delphi crime fits any of DN’s MOs.
- The hatchet: Yes, DN is known for wielding a hatchet but we don’t know that a hatchet played any part in the girls’ murders.
- The gun: Yes, DN had a gun but, again, we don’t know that a gun played any part in the girls’ murders.
- SO: Yes, DN has some crimes of a sexual nature in his past but we don’t know that a sexual assault played any part in the girls’ murders.
- KN’s interviews: She can’t provide a good response as to whether or not he was at her ultrasound appointment but I take that with a grain of salt. It’s possible that he WAS there and she truly can’t remember. It’s also possible that he wasn’t there but was engaging in another crime at the time (like the way RL was driving when he wasn’t supposed to).
- Culture of crime: I feel like DN is a loose cannon. Stealth does not seem to apply to him. I have a hard time believing that he could commit such a crime and get away with it for so long. I mean, he allegedly has his photo taking while he allegedly keyed a car.

Then there is the fact that I don’t think he looks like the sketch at all. I can see a slight resemblance between him and the video stills but I have seen MORE resemblance between BG and other people (people we are not allowed to discuss to on this board).
I think it DN were BG then we’d be hearing about charges at this point in time. If they had anything on him, there would be some action.

I can’t speak for all of us but I know from conversations that some people have other perps in mind for this crime. I also fit into this category. This is not something that can be discussed on here, however.

I cannot verify my previous post that stated that DN had been released from jail. That said, I no longer believe it to be true.

I attempted to go back and delete the post but, I don't think you have that option.

I apologize. Truly. As I sat by the pool, I received a notification that there was a new YouTube video in a group of subscribe to. I watched it and it very clearly stated that DN had been released. The video was uploaded yesterday (12/7) etc. etc.

Yeah, I thought it was a stretch, but how do you exactly post a video like that if it's completely untrue. You would have to have the intent of deceiving people. Plain and simple. Or maybe that person had been given bad information. I don't know. But, I apologize for reporting it as fact when it is impossible to verify.

I rushed to judgement and shared the information because, in my opinion, if was big news.

I still have hope that at some point he is released and CC is there to arrest him on new charges. I was deflated yesterday when I watched the video.

I apologize folks.
