Yesterday we heard from 8 different prison officials who all testified they heard Richard Allen confess – in one form or another – to murdering Abby and Libby. But today the jury heard the most damaging testimony yet – from the prison psychologist who Richard Allen met with every day for more than a year.

DNA analyst confirms Richard Allen's DNA was not found at crime scene | Day 8 & 9 | DELPHI DEBRIEF​

Stacy Bozinovski, who works in the Indiana State Police Indianapolis Post laboratory as a forensic scientist and DNA analyst, conducted DNA analysis on Abby Williams and Libby German's bodies, as well as their clothes, blood at the crime scene and cartridge recovered from the crime scene.

Prosecuting attorney Jim Luttrell asked Bozinovski, "Did you find the DNA of Richard Allen on any of the items you tested?""No, I did not," Bozinovski responded.

Special Judge Frances Gull called out people who were sleeping in the courtroom."I do not conduct court in your bedrooms. I would appreciate you not sleeping in my courtroom," Gull said.

LaPorte County Sheriff's Maj. Pat Cicero, who was asked to help in Delphi case on Feb. 12, 2024, said all of the blood in the large pools belonged to Libby. Cicero said Libby was drug to where her body was found. Cicero said he believes Abby died where she was injured.

Cicero said it was very unusual that there was no blood on Abby's hands. Cicero said he had never seen a wound like hers with no blood on the victim's hands.

Late this afternoon, the prosecution rested it's case and the defense called its first witness. But much of the day jurors heard recordings of Richard Allen's alleged confessions telling family members he killed Liberty German and Abby Williams in 2017. Senior Investigative Reporter Bob Segall and Emily Longnecker were in the courtroom.. and heard those recorded calls.
