http://www.wave3.com/story/34257103...-aleah-beckerle-on-her-20th-birthday-saturdayAleah Beckerle was abducted from her Evansville home on July 17, 2016.
She is still missing.
Family and friends of Beckerle are inviting the community to join the celebration of Aleah's life. Her 20th birthday is Saturday.
http://www.tristatehomepage.com/news/local-news/hearing-in-beckerle-case-today/650235404Debra Wollner was only in front of a judge for a few minutes Monday, ultimately setting another hearing a couple weeks away.
Wollner was initially scheduled to stand trial Monday but it was canceled ahead of time and instead categorized as a pretrial hearing.
Wollner will next face her charges of conspiracy to commit criminal confinement and confinement with a deadly weapon on February 21.
If the details in that petition are actually true how does it tie in with DW kidnapping and beating a false confession out of someone?

3. The same suspect brags to one of his best friends and a possible accomplice that he is in good with the lead detective downtown. He allegedly brags that he will not serve near as much time as he should for his current incarceration on drug related charges because he is buddies with said detective. He also brags that he gave only a half viable alibi and celebrates that he passed his polygraph. He is known to educate others on how to easily pass a polygraph and this testimony comes from multiple sources including his own friends and family.
This Marco Roach is just bad news IMO. I still think he is the key to all this- directly or indirectly ( more likely indirectly). I just hope LE gets some movement on this case.
Thank you, this case makes far more sense to me now. What a complete mess, I just feel so sorry for all the children in this family.Probably from point #3 on the petition:
DW found the "best friend" who allegedly the "suspect" bragged to and beat him until he "confessed" what he "knew."
The "half viable alibi" that I've heard is that this "suspect" was at the casino at the time Aleah went missing. Now that is hearsay and hasn't been stated by anyone who can verify it (police, etc) but if that were the alibi, it's very easily proven true or false given how many cameras there are at that casino and there's only 1 entrance/exit unless he swam out and climbed aboard the boat, lol.
Debra Wollner, 51, will be sentenced to three years on electronic home detention as part of a plea agreement reached with the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office.
Appearing in Circuit Court on Friday, Wollner pleaded guilty to battery by means of a deadly weapon; criminal confinement using a vehicle; and criminal confinement with bodily injury, all level 5 felonies.
Defense attorney Barry Blackard said the remaining five charges will be dismissed, including two level 3 felonies for which she could have received up to 16 years if convicted.
Two women accused of beating a man to try to force a false confession in the Aleah Beckerle disappearance learned their punishments on Thursday.
Thursday morning, Debra Wollner was sentenced to three years home detention in Vanderburgh Circuit Court.
Thursday afternoon, Donna Robertson was sentenced to serve 105 days in jail for a prior violation and she will have three years of home detention.
Speechless .... What about Aleah??

It's been more than eight months and still no sign of Aleah Beckerle.
The now 20-year-old wheelchair bound girl was reported missing from her Iowa Street home in July.
Evansville police haven't classified the case as a search and rescue or a recovery mission. That's because they say they haven't received any information to indicate she's not still alive.
