Apparently this family friend owns the mobile home that Grandpa lived in before he died. So maybe this friend was kind enough to help Grandpa when he needed help. So maybe that is why mom felt comfortable placing her kids there.

If grandfather was an RSO, then there is the possibility that he was molesting Aliahna. I think that should be obvious, but to some people it just isn't. I say this because I have the experience. My father is an RSO, he has served 19 years for criminal sexual conduct against a child less than 13 (the victim was 9). After his arrest, there were multiple disclosures from other children, some of them his bio kids, and some not.

Despite this, and pending his upcoming release, there are some members of my family that intend to allow him limited contact with their children. I am not among them, and he will never get near mine, unless he kills me first, but there are some that look at the situation, and think that he won't do it again after 19 years, he's still their blood and their kids are old enough to fight or run away, so there's no risk. SO, there are just some people that don't get it. That said, he could have been molesting her, and still have been very beloved by his family. WHether they knew or not.

I also find it possible that the roommate was aware of the grandfather's status, and therefore felt he had to be diligent in protecting the girls when they were there to see grandpa. It is also possible that the entire family thought they all adored grandpa because they wanted to go to his house often, but in reality, they may have only wanted to spend the time with the roommate, even when grandpa was alive.

When I look at her picture that is used on the websites, of her in the dress she was last wearing, I presume that photo was taken at the grandfathers' funeral, just from the background of the photo. I don't see a little girl that is emotionally destroyed by her beloved grandfathers death and is forcing a smile for the camera. I see a little girl that is playing a part and suppressing a much bigger smile. JMO.

What happened to the report that a coat with fur-trimmed hood had been found behind a local store? Could forensics on that have turned up something that lead LE to believe their was no point in searching for a live Ali?

Also, we know he got the cigar at 6am. The next time he's accounted for is 10am. So really, we have no confirmation that he was really home from 6-10am. If the 6yos were still asleep he could have slipped in and out without them even knowing he had been gone.

My apologies as well... I'm moody over them having stopped searching for her.. it hurts my heart Because of her having the same diagnoses as my son... I feel kind of attached to her I feel like LE has given up on her already and it hasn't even been but a couple days

I agree 100% and it's really bothering me. I think it is inexcusable. I understand that they wanted to take Christmas off to spend time with their families, but Alianha did too, and it's their freaking job to do everything in their power to make that happen.

Hell, as adults and members of society it's our job as well.

Many times a child will like or even love a child molester, beforehand because they groom them so well. They spend time with them, play games with them etc. and often the child is not getting that kind of attention at home. Looking at his fb he does love things that children love. Among his 4 fav movies 2 are kids movies and on his list of other he loves Disney and Playstation.. About 99% of his 627 friends are girls and there are many fake profiles, many little girls listed as friends, also a good number of his friends on FB are pornographic in nature. Hopefully this post is not in violation of TOS since he has been named by the MSM. However, if it is then mods please remove.

Some news sources are saying that the sisters claim that Ana left with her mom, other news sourse are saying that the sisters said that she just left (perhaps to go home).

I am assuming here, because this is such a huge distinction, and because neither LE or anyone in the family is talking about it, that this story has been clarified for the people involved and the news just has it wrong. Mom and the family both are claiming that they understand what they are calling a miscommunication.

The real key here, the question in my mind: are the two sisters actually claiming that they watched Ana walk out the door?

I don't understand those "friends" that he has on his friends list that have names like "Fakes B busted" ""Fakez Buzted" and many variations thereof. What are those? I also noted he has very very few male friends. Guess that doesnt mean anything though.
