Someone asked why posts were removed. I'm not an assigned mod here, but I looked them over and it seems there has been a lot of bashing of the family here. They are not suspects in this case and while I can understand how everyone feels about a lack of protection, bashing them when they've just lost their child to such evil will not be tolerated.

We have a Resource Center where a thread about protecting kids from living around RSOs would be very welcome.

Let's remember who the perp is in this case and try to focus on what he did for awhile.

:tyou:

Respectfully, I am not sure you are correct as far as this case goes. My understanding is that the police have stated that their investigation is continuing and that they are not ruling out anything.

While ordinarily "sleuthing" the family is, for obvious reasons, distasteful, in this case the facts that we know, the parent's own statements, lend themselves to inquiries in this direction. It is a reasonable and rational, based on the evidence in this case, to question the parents as there is a good deal that suggest their potential involvement.

It's your website of course. I respect and am grateful that you allow us to post here. Thanks

OMG!

If you are following FB pages/walls . . . more information's coming out about the time Aliahna & her family was living in Iowa; apparently, Aliahna was in Kindergarten & 1st grade in Centerville, Iowa (Appanoose County).

I think some of us were right on the $$$ -- this is a network of nastiness

Oh my word, simply unbelievable and to think she was served up on a silver platter to 15+ RSO's living in a trailer park. Good grief! Bless that poor little girl's heart, she had no chance at living a normal life.

Omg. :(

aliahna’s stepgrandfather said at a candlelight vigil monday that the girl suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder brought by abuse she suffered on two different occasions last year in iowa. Story said the people who were responsible were caught by police, but he had no other details.

He said aliahna felt bad about telling on the men because she didn’t want them to get in trouble. Aliahna also had a history of sleepwalking and vision and hearing problems and had attention-deficit hyperactive disorder, her family said.

“this was a child with the face of an angel,” story said monday before he knew aliahna had been killed. “she truly believed everybody had good in them, it just had to be found.”

Plus, now a days the prosecutors are offering deals that include a "don't have to register as an RSO".

We just had a middle school teacher (female) had a "relationship" with a 13/14 yr old - she had the option of "doing time" (6 years I think it was) and once out, not having to register as a RSO - OR not going to prison at all but having to register as a RSO for life. She took the prison time. So, once she's out - no one will be the wiser as to her "crime".

Clear as mud?

Perfect example. The RSO lists mean nothing and offers false security. No one should ever have the option to plea out of RSO requirements. Too many cracks to fall through.

So this sweet little one was abused before? omg this is too sickening. :maddening:

I would like to know why the property managers of this "pedophile park" even rent to families with young children. This is just asking for trouble. It boggles my mind that young children are growing up surrounded by the worst imaginable people.
See my post above it is illegal to NOT rent to families with children, this is a federal law with stiff fines and penalties.

IMO, mom can't claim she was clueless or a victim herself. She has a history of failure to protect.

I am &*($%$##@%^&*^%(&*)^*^%& livid right now!

I have to leave my keyboard or I will get the boot for what I want to type right now *(&%$@#$$%^&%^&*(&*

This just keeps getting worse, if thats possible-!! So she was abused and felt badly for turning the monster in, so to keep her "safe" mom moves her in amidst a den of sexual predators? WTH? I am right behind you:furious::furious::furious::banghead:

Me thinks this is going to get very nasty, very quick.

Also from the article above:

B*** M**** lives with her two children less than 100 yards away from where Aliahna lived and where she was killed.

M***’s 7-year-old son, A****, played with Aliahna at the bus stop.

Aliahna and a group of other kids who lived in the park played in a vacant lot adjacent to M****’s trailer.

REALLY!!! The kids played outside in the trailer park? Wow - just wow. I have no words.

  • #934
No words. This family didn't care enough to keep her safe after she had already suffered abuse. IMO, JMO .....

:(

You can have communities that are adults only - like Sun Cities.

So what is a parent to do to help the little girl heal? Let's move to a trailer court filled with child molesters!

Remember that we have a link to MP verifying he was in Iowa at this same time . . . :furious:

Crazy in the finest! Scared of what we may uncover here

I read yesterday that we were not to reference FB. Did I read that wrong? tia, imoo

I "think" if it comes from the official family FB page, AND if it is posted as having come from that page and not quoted or linked then it's okay.

It's not considered "fact" until reported by mainstream media, but we often see these FB "rumors" later confirmed as fact.

http://www.mipsor.state.mi.us/PSORSearchResults.aspx?cityname=Flint&incarcerated=FALSE&tn=1

This is the sex offender registry for my city. There are 650 registered RSO's in a city that only measures 36 square miles. Obviously, there is no way to just live where they aren't. What it means is that no matter where you live, you keep your children close unless you are suffering from a life threatening illness, and even then, you find a way to keep them in your home, it means not trusting people that have shown themselves to be dangerous in any way. It means using the resources, such as public records checks and sex offender registries. It means being vigilant at all times, being involved with your children, their friends and friends families, as well as their schools, and any other places they may hang out.

They aren't using Alcatrez anymore except as a museum. Maybe they should reopen it up and all RSO have to go live there.

I know, I know, it would violate THEIR rights. Sheez....
