Just thinking, he killed her in a blitz attack, then put her in garbage bags in the freezer until he could figure out what to do.

Decided that the best thing would be to put her in the dumpster at the convienence shop.

Wait, someone might see her body. Dismember her. So he dismembers her. Wait. If the package is too big someone might notice it. I'll cut her into small pieces. Wait. If I put her head and hands in there and they search the dump they might...

Let me hang onto that and when LE goes away I'll dispose of them.

I don't think this was a planned murder. JMHO. I don't think the disposal was planned either, except in a panic mode. He had access to a car, he could have easily put her body in it and driven to a remote area and either dumped her. (Ground might be too frozen to dig to bury).

He might be a felon and has extensive criminal history but he's pretty darn sloppy in covering his tracks. He left her body parts in his house, disposed of her within one mile of the home.

I always say when you get a good close look at evil, it's usually just mundane and idiotic.

He said he smoked his cigar and went back to sleep, then woke up about 10 a.m. when Aliahna's mother called. After that call, he realized the door to the home was unlocked and that Aliahna was gone. He said Aliahna's 6-year-old sisters told him Aliahna had left with her mother.

For those who have been asking, in that NG transcript, grandma also claims the two other children told "everybody" little Ali left during the morning to go to her mother. Which we all know it was impossible for little Ali to do, since she was apparently killed on Thursday.

Thank you for finding that information. With 50% in both ears, she can hear pretty well, but would have problems if you called her from another room as she might not hear her name.

I am deaf to..and I could not hear if someone were to call me from other room,but if you are standing in a room with me and looking at me when speaking in a semi-loud voice I could hear you-I were aids in both my ears,but I can hear a little without them-I went deaf right around her age to

We know the mom's father died in the begin of Dec-we don't know if she let her daughters stay there while he was alive overnight with him and MP-Do we know if the mother knew if MP was a SO when she moved to this park?If she knew he was and still let her daughters go there..she has a problem.

It hasnt been confirmed he was an SO as far as I can tell. He may have been residing with an SO, or he may have been in the Domestic Violence registry...

IIRC, the grandmother gave a percentage loss of hearing. I just can't recall what it is.

My son has only 25% hearing in one ear, and 50% hearing in the other, wears no hearing aid devices and has played all sports as a child, teen and as an adult professional football. He uses a regular cellphone either with an ear piece or using the cellphone itself. Even TV is at a normal volume, sometimes the volume is too low for me.

He just learned to tune in, and has done extremely well and his hearing loss came from a high temperature as an infant.

Thanks Patty, I'm partially deaf in one ear, healed eardrum in the 'good' ear, due to diving, it just struck me that TS relied upon being told how her girls were, which was possibly why she didn't question. I have a truckload of opinions, none that would fly within TOS, so I'll go back to reading and containing anger...

Ok...So the perp was living/taking care of the RSO grandpa until he died on Dec. 3rd, in exchange for room and board..Did the grandpa own the trailer? It seems like the perp days were numbered and would be evicted soon...Just thinking out loud.

Do we know for sure there are male children living with TS? If so -- Do we know their ages?

Am I reading correctly that they were allowed to stay at home with mom even though she had the flu?

I can't quite get this bit of information to add up and make sense.

Possibly, if there WERE actually two boys in the home, maybe the boys are much younger? Like maybe toddler/still wearing diaper stage? So that could be one reason they stayed home, MP possibly let the mom know at some point during her friendship, that the little ones were too much for him to handle-changing diapers, etc. Just a thought. This also would really contradict the whole kids went to MP's because mom was too sick. Because if you cant take care of 6 and 9 yr olds when youre ill, how would you handle the smaller ones? Like I said, just throwing out ideas

So we now have information that Aliahna lived in IN, IA and MD. I think it's pretty clear she's not a child in a military family so why the state hopping in her family? What were they (potentially) running from?

Is this going to end up a case where we learn how CPS lost track of a child/ren in the system because the family up and moves to avoid investigation?

MP told LE he killed her in the early morning hours of Thursday. We all agree it took time to freeze her (which it is said he initially did after bashing her head in with a brick) whole body. After a period of freezing (which I guess is the speculation part...and part of the confusion...anywhere up to 24 hours) then she is dismembered, placed into several garage bags and disposed in two locations away from the home while her head, hands and feet are left in the freezer. Logic, dictates that she was killed closer to Thursday morning (day of) or afternoon ....because he would be cutting it (bad pun ) really close if he did all of this Thursday night. When does the cigar fit in...? After disposal? So how long was she in the freezer to have not made a bloody mess everywhere during dismemberment? I don't know. It just seems like it is a lot to do in a few hours and make it back to your trailer by around 6:00am.

Yes, the affadavit states that he killed her in the morning hours of Thursday Dec 22nd. So that would be the Wednesday night/Thursday morning boundary, the way I read it.

We do not know how well A Story knew MP at this time. We know that MP has been living with RSO Lemmon (A Story's ex husband) at the trailer park on & off for 4 years. We know that A Story is remarried to D Story (Jun 2009) in Florida.

So, how well would the ex-wife of RSO Lemmon (divorce date?) who was not in IN during the time MP was taking care of Lemmon in Pedophilia Junction, really know MP?

We also know that Tarah was concerned about MP prior to moving to Ft Wayne.

There is a ms of the step father that indicates he was military. Don't want to go outside of tos so won't post it but it is easy to find.

I noticed that TS stated that she worked in Chambersburg, PA. If this is true, then sounds like Aliahna at some point lived in Pennsylvania also. (is this where AS is from?) This was at the beginning of 2011.

ETA: Wait, maybe Chambersburg is on the MD border? Guess I should go look at at map

We don't know about Monday, Tues and Weds but we sure as heck know it didn't happen on Thursday.

OK,Thanks..I know there have been people here trying to confirm this..so the mother might not have known either and thought it was OK to send her daughters over there..she knew her father was not there,so he was not going to hurt them.Maybe she thought he was being nice and trying to help her out while she was sick..I am not defending her in any way,but she may not have known at the time..
BTW-I would never let my babies stay with any man-period-that just me!!!

He might not be a registered sex offender, but he still was a convicted felon.
