EXACTLY! When was the first burglary discovered/reported? I've read between 2 and 3 hours before Amanda was shot. I wonder how long the police were there investigating the first burglary before they left the neighborhood. To me, that makes it even harder to believe Amanda's shooting was random. So weird.

It sounds like this city has a lot of crime if their main focus is on ways to reduce it. What is the homicide rate in Indy if you know? What about home invasions there?

A new mayor was elected in Indianapolis a week ago with a high focus on fixing the cities soaring crime rate, meaning that there will be possibly big changes in the LE department soon. Maybe they are auditioning for new jobs?

You know how there have been cases where LE zeroes in on the wrong person like Stephanie Crowe's brother or Riley Fox's father? Where they become completely convinced that someone is guilty? There are lots of these cases actually, think of how many innocent people are in prison/have been released. Well, why can't the opposite also happen? Where LE becomes convinced that the perp is innocent because ~there's no way he/she could do something like that or because there's no obvious evidence. I am not saying they will stay convinced, but maybe in the beginning?

Wth are they babbling about?? There must be a ground swell of public outrage that they are not reporting? Why else all this "Atta boys" to all different agencies. They are really forcing that the police sacrifice so much for the public. Are they having police "hate" problems there?
