All three of these cases have a pre-trial conference on 11/15. He has a jury trial scheduled for 11/21 one the rape case. The other two have no other dates at this time.

Wasn't there a trial scheduled to start on 9/16 - ?? I do have Blackburn trial starting 9/19/22. Or jury selection for LT on Blackburn trial? no jury selection - Bench trial. Or is the 9/16 just a hearing for Gordan?

@Niner These have been shuffled around so much. I was listening to Judge Hawkins a little while ago and he was talking about how many jury trials they have scheduled over the next couple of months. He doubted that there would be enough time for them to be done. For Taylor:

These Indy cases are just crazy. They're almost never one-and-done. Multiple people committing multiple crimes together and individually over periods of time.

My favorite autumn hat is tipped to you two!

We've waited over six long years for Justice for Amanda and her precious unborn babe, Evie. I think that's their intended name. And, also for W, her cutest little boy who was upstairs in his crib when he lost his mommy that awful dreaded NOV day.

LJT has been in jail/prison all of these years where he def deserves to be. Life without is served in isolation, yes?

He hurt Amanda in unimaginable ways early that NOV morning. May God have mercy on his soul for I cannot. I want him to suffer daily remembering Amanda's pleading face, the beauty of her beeching spirit, perhaps, even her slight cooperation, in a futile effort to save herself, but mostly, to protect her tiny Evie and the sleeping son who was upstairs.

Justice rides a slow horse that will arrive next week.

Judge Hawkins live streams often but I'm not sure if he'll stream this one. He was streaming one of the trials that was dismissed. I'm going to do my best to watch this bench trial and I'll post if it goes live.

*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9:30am ET) – IN - Amanda Blackburn (28) (was 12 weeks pregnant shot to death, Nov. 10, 2015, Indianapolis) - *Diano Cortez Gordan (24/now 31) arrested (11/19/15) on unrelated charges for parole violation. Plus charged (1/14/16) with 2 counts of murder, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, 2 counts of burglary, theft, intimidation, criminal confinement & battery resulting in moderate bodily injury. Plead not guilty. No bond.
Gordon: Change of plea (4/5/21) Plead guilty to count 5. Case #49D31-1601-MR-001659-Plea on 5/23/18: Counts 1-4 & 6 were all dismissed. 1) Murder, 2) Murder, 3) Burglary, 4) Theft where value of property is, 6) Habitual Offender & Plea by agreement: 5) Robbery W/serious bodily injury.

I listened to the live stream today and Taylor's case is still on for Monday. (Where's my happy dance thingy?) There wasn't much said in Gordon's hearing except for he was testifying in the Taylor case. Hopefully, after Taylor goes, then they'll set a date for Gordon.

I missed the strange part; all I've ever seen is rapist, robbers and murderer doing what they do.

I remember this case everyone thought it was the husband because he was a bit sociopathic didnt kill her but also wasn't terribly mad she was dead. these guys are scary good thing for cctv
