I've been assuming that case will be settled with the rest; it's only a criminal misdemeanor. I wonder if he was high when that arrest occurred.

I wish they would just combine all those other charges with the Blackburn murder - I might have to split those up on stuff.

You're welcome.
These are the only two dates he has for the Blackburn case. His other cases are being heard on these dates also but they are only pre-trial conferences. He does not have a trial date for them yet.

Marion County # 49D31-1512-MR-045959 for Roland Hernandez murder. Taylor has a hearing on 4/22/22 for this one according to my notes, but no trial date has been set as far as I can from my notes.

So... if I understand this correctly - his trial for Blackburn is going to run from 6/3 to 6/10 & at the same time there will be jury selection going on for his rape, indecency & Hernandez cases.
BUT! Only the rape charge has a trial date of starting 7/18.

Is that correct? and

I'm bringing Jalen Watkins' sentence forward so it doesn't get lost. He got such a sweet deal (IMO) for cooperating, I'll be curious to see if they reduce his sentence even more. All of his charges, including those from his other case (49D31-1512-F2-044927), run concurrent with the 29 yr term.
