Yeah that was my question too. I wonder if he was spotted by surveillance cameras or maybe people are talking? IDK but I am disgusted and saddened that this baby has still not been located.
Has it been confirmed that Amiah was still alive when the babysitter last saw her with RL?
Wasn't the evidence of a homicide collected at the babysitters house? Was this inside,or outside said house?
These are very important questions.
We are talking about a helpless 8 month old baby.
It's absolutely vital to know when she was last seen alive, and by whom.

Well, LE seems to believe that's when she was last seen alive and well but you make a good point. Can we trust the accuracy of the baby sitter and other witnesses? The neighbor claims she saw the baby on Friday, and originally the family said they saw her on Thursday. Which is it?
And if she really was missing since the 9th, why did no-one speak up sooner? Imo

It is interesting though, in that it's so close to Sadie and Holmes... and the same creek that runs by where the baby's "items" were found. If it turns out to be unrelated within the next hour, I will delete this. Here is a view of South Concord Street and red arrow corresponds to news article's "red balloon" indicator.

Yeah this could be a hit, moo.

Per CBS4, the SWAT incident is unrelated to Amiah: "Police say officers went inside the home and found a deceased person. SWAT was then called to help secure the scene and are preparing to make entry. No relation to the baby Amiah case"

I do not recall any mention of the Blue Lake being searched? Or has it and my mind has just totally gone to crap with this case. The lake is right by Eagle Creek.

What is this Blue Lake Cleanfill disposal site? Looking at this...

It’s on W Morris.

Noting Eagle Creek Reservoir again.

See all bodies of water near where they were searching Monday near the Waterfont off 74. Some aren’t named.

Sad isn't it? It feels like everyone associated with Amiah is protecting each other. I'm beginning to believe that if there had not been a domestic call on the 17th, we would not even know this child is missing. :(

Which brings to mind something.

What time was the domestic incident on Saturday (again) and what time was the MP report filed.

And who exactly filed the MP report? Iirc it says “family”.

Bringing Kadoober’s transcript forward again and making note to pick up here (I’m irritated as heck with all this, just sayin lol):

ITA with your assessment.

I'm still waiting to see if any lab results come back from the evidence collected. I sure hope so.

This reminds me of something I wanted to correct on the timeline. I want to note that the Silver Alert was cancelled after the other events (Amber’s tip, the water searches, and the items being recovered which were later identified as belonging to Amiah. (Note to self: Pull quote on items recovered directly from Saturday’s PC transcript). So marking this as a note as well to revise in the timeline the order of events for Wednesday the 20th (as well as correcting the timestamp to 12:44 on Tuesday). Also, make a consolidated list re: Fire & Add “add snippet” mentioned in timeline re: officer’s responding time to DV. Oh wait, that’s it! Bingo. Trying to find that post, was having trouble earlier. If anyone remembers or was the poster on that please let me know.

I also want to say please bear with me on the lack of formatting as I’m operating from a small phone screen and when I switched to “rich text editor” under “preferences” it makes selecting text all funky; I would really like my timeline to look like this:

Post 324:
Deceased/Not Found - CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Teller County, 22 Nov 2018 - #49 *ARREST* )

(ETA: Hey @Gardener1850 , whatcha doin’? :) Are you dying of boredom and feel like formatting my timeline for me? No? Well what about creating threads then for the 200 new BC UIDs listed on this ArcGIS map?
ArcGIS Web Application
Heehee jk. I really did holler at you in that thread too though lol.)

Even to the poorest of the poor why would anyone think $1,000 reward, only if it results in a felony conviction, would entice anyone? Let me weigh that... On one hand I or my loved ones could be a target if I turn someone in, on the other hand, I may risk my safety and MAYBE and only POSSIBLY get a thousand bucks. (and possibly risk my children's safety as well).
If even the info I have is relevant...
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I think some of the people close to this case or in the circle of individuals known to the players would find $1000 very attractive. Unless LE are total failures, no one is going to find out who critical witnesses are until trial and I'm not convinced this kid is anything to be afraid of. Killing babies or selling them into trafficking is as weak as it gets.

Your thoughts as to why Amiah isn't registered with NCMEC, no organized searches happening- this whole time?
If she is presumed dead or they have evidence she is deceased, they my be using other investigative methods to solve it (surveillance, CIs, undisclosed searches, detective work)

I think they must have some pretty strong evidence she is deceased. :(

I have flash backs of Hailey Cummings with this case. :(

I’m at happy hour on official self imposed break from this thread lol.

But I have to know...how far are the railroad tracks from Holmes? What about Hamilton? What about M/R? Tia. Is there a spot where the tracks meet the water?

( @Johnny1181 )

Who else is local again?

Anyway. I know he could’ve driven to Tombuctoo and back. I’m just thinking about stuff close to home after Baby King, Sherin, (there’s was another paternal case where disposal was close). On the other hand he could be like DH, Noelani’s “father”...he drove 250 miles to another state, but he was involved with trafficking. Then there’s Malik’s dad, he drove 40 to 50..hmmm...maybe she’s not close idk :(

There was some discussion about the tracks previously (starts with the old historical document...); since then I recall a new name I think for the railroad.

Anyway just want to know more about the railroad tracks distance and route wise. Thanks.

(Turning phone off to enjoy a stiff margarita (or three) - that timeline hurts my head - cheers and here’s to finding baby Amiah. )

Yes. In my experience here, and @MassGuy and I have actually talked a lot about this in various cases moo (MT, JC, etc), LE will not state they think she is deceased unless they have strong reason to believe so, jmo. This usually involves forensic evidence. For example, Longmont police believe Rita Gutierrez-Garcia is dead, have ID'd 'person of interest' .

(Thread for reference:
Deceased/Not Found - CO - Rita Gutierrez-Garcia, 34, Longmont, 18 March 2018

ETA2: Wait a minute, look at RG’s thread, the title. That update was made based upon what LE said. They have said the same thing here.

Is a similar title updated now required here, the same as RG’s, as this IS a homicide investigation?? (“Deceased, Not Found”)

Eta3:
@Tricia.

Yes. This certainly isn’t a wild guess.

Calling a crime a homicide, is something that is never taken lightly.

Even if you think it’s probable that someone is dead, generally you don’t say so.

People are more engaged when they are looking for a living person, especially a baby.

Something compelling is telling them that Amiah is dead.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said Thursday that it wants to remind the public that the department doesn’t solicit for donations in regards to investigations or to assist in area searches.

IMPD said it also would like to remind residents that any information regarding the disappearance of baby Amiah will come from official department channels, such as press releases, press conferences and the department’s official social media pages.

Thank you, marking for timeline.

Again it seems the new norm, LE having to make these reminders, we’ve seen it in so many cases “these days”...”Stop spreading rumors”, etc. Not to mention the additional low lives who may try to capitalize by asking for donations.
(Bartender please)

Additionally/
Trying to remember now...
(Man I hate it when that happens. Hoping it’ll come back to me in a minute)

Oh yeah haha! I was coming here to say I think it’s time for one of Agent Tammy's back rubs! :)

(Either that or water boarding, and unfortunately the latter is not an option, jmo)

The above msm reminds me, Note to bring fwd LE’s official SM pages. Feel free, group effort, thanks everyone!

My apologies- and thanks to the tech-y ones who clarified. I wondered if the 9:44 came from a retweet, but not going down that rabbit hole since you have confirmed time.
(I thought 9:44 seemed early when I saw it)
Thank-you again for your amazing work.
No, thank you! It took a village. All this does!

ETA: I was very surprised to hear that Libby Squire was found, considering the waters it was likely she was in. Which she was. The estuary.

Anything is possible.

Nobody’s forgetting about this I imagine. Especially LE and the divers diving in that toxic water MOO.
