ALWAYS great work @margarita25 Thank you for all you are doing on this thread!

Timeline from Saturday, March 23rd PC:

I’m noting any points that we’ve have had questions about, bringing those quotes forward (I know @Kadoober has already transcribed this fully but I’d like to look and listen at this again a week later now that we’ve been able to process a little bit and discuss / question.

Saturday, March 16:
Roach:
•MP notified
(“That date id significant and you’ll know why when you listen to detective”)
•Enlisted help of homicide investigators (this a homicide investigation, has been all week since early on because things just didn’t add up)

—-

Tuesday, March 19:
• We let you all know / wanted to enlist help of community
•Silver Alert was done.
•SW served at a residence in hopes of gaining physical evidence &
•Additional interviews

——

Wednesday, March 20:
•got a tip that @McCarty and BBM White River that there there were some child belongings that may or may not have belonged to Amiah...search...there were some items really close to the water, enlisted help of IFD, we collected some items from there.

—-
Thursday, March 21:
•expanded that search a little bit and went a little bit downstream, no additional information, just to be thorough

—-

Friday, March 22:
•group of community members unsolicited by us also went out and helped

—-

JB:

Saturday, March 9:
•”approx 1:15 last seen BBM alive and well ( @ageofaqaurius ) with RL in the 200 block of S Holmes...
vehicle info.

BBM “RL STAYED ON THE SW SIDE IF INDIANAPOLIS until 10pm when he returned back to the mother, AR, alone without Amiah” (there goes my distance range chart)...
•”Amber gave permission to stay with the baby sitter until the following morning.”
•”the baby sitter and the other witness saw RL leave her house at 1:15 with A.”

•”Since March 10 RL has taunted AR about A’s whereabouts.”

Saturday, March 23rd:
JB: “I’m asking the public to come forward if they saw RL or Amiah on March 9 or any day thereafter.”

BBM: “On March 9 he was in the area of Rockville road and Mapely Avenue BBM for an extended period of time so if you live in that area I would ask that you try to remember if you saw anything suspicious, saw RL, Amiah, or this truck.”

Re: “location site on McCarty and BBM Tibbs St, the items found on the bank have been identified as belonging to Amiah.”

—-

LS:
Again uses term “people” (imo “plural”), that were not providing good information. Some were, some weren’t. “They know who they are”...

Clearly plural, moo.

•Re: Criminal Charges:
“have been in communication with Marion Co. Prosecutor’s Office who ultimately decide what charges will be filed and who they would be filed against”...”so the ”persons” responsible for that is who we would look to be held accountable”.

Re: “clarity on timeline”:

“Arrested on the 17th in a BBM domestic related charge (ok I take my jab at the DM for using the word “domestic”, even though the charges listed are not domestic, JB clearly uses this word), “had noooothing to do with what we are talking about now. He was released.”

“As far as knowing his whereabouts this investigation is ongoing and I do not feel comfortable talking about what I’m doing with Robert Lyons.”

——

BBM:
Reporter ?: Can you tell us a little bit more about this vehicle and when it was spotted over bout Rockville and M and what you think was going on over there, what’s in that part of town, why would somebody be driving around over there, does he know anybody over there, what is significant about that neighborhood and that day?:

JB:
“I’ll just tell you what is significant, it was approximately around 1:30 pm until about 8:30 in the evening on March 9th that he was in that area, there’s a food mart there, there are apartments there BBM and that’s as far as I want to go with that.”

(Inserted by me - Why? )

“Its R and M right there on the corner there’s a food mart and a laundromat and the Addison apartments.”

BBM:
?: “Is that an area that he frequents, he lives around over there, he knows people over there?”

JB: “It’s an area I know he was there on March 9, I’m not sure what he was doing and that’s why I’m asking for help, why he was in that area.”

?: “Should I assume then that you've either got people that spotted him over there, or maybe there’s surveillance video of that vehicle in the area?”

JB: “I think with the integrity of the investigation I would rather not answer that.”

(Again, why I ask, moo)

?: Based on the delay in reporting is AR a suspect?

LS: BBM “Not at this time”.

(Note: I have a question, M/R isn’t an hour and a half away from Holmes and/or Hamilton, so what was he doing between 8:30 and 10:00? Do they have evidence of him leaving thst area at 8:30? Sounds like they say 8:30 for a reason possibly, moo. But then she says above “stayed on the SW side until 10pm” above, (scratching head).

(-Note to pick up video at 11:51 / out of editing time on this post.)

Now compare this to other timeline for any discrepancies via linked sources. Not seeing any off the top of my head (again, I have some additions/specific time order revisions and need to correct timestamp on Tuesday search to 12:40):

F) Amber says she went to this location on Wednesday, found items, and called the tip in herself to police:

“Wednesday, police searched an area on the west side after getting a tip close to the investigation. That tip brought them to the banks of the White River near McCarty and Sadie Streets.

Baby Amiah's mom, Amber Robertson, told Eyewitness News she's the one who called it in to police.

"All I can do is sit and think of things that my daughter loves," said Robertson, who said she's had more on her mind, like trying to remember past conversations with her boyfriend, who she said was supposed to take 8-month-old Amiah to the babysitter's last Thursday, but never got there.

"Robert, a long time ago, told me about 1907. That it was somewhere where he and his friends used to hang around and he drove me by here one time," said Robertson.

So she went back there Wednesday afternoon.

That's where she says she found items that belonged to her daughter and boyfriend, so she called 911. The call brought out IMPD and IFD's dive team to collect possible evidence.

"They discovered some items that could be related to the case, however that is not conclusive at this time," said IMPD Sgt. Jim Gillespie.“

B) “Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Bruce Smith said detectives have checked out about 40 tips related to the missing baby since a Saturday news conference, when it was announced the case was being investigated as a homicide. "Just because that particular lead doesn't provide evidence doesn't mean there's not value there," Smith said. "The more you eliminate, the more you narrow down and find the answers.""

I dunno know why I thought he was basically unaccounted for for hours on end. This huge potential area for a body disposal doesn't strike me as a possibility any longer.

Exactly, like I said there goes my distance chart after relistening to JB’s exact words with this question already in mind. I had wanted to refer to the transcript for this directly, but decided to just give the PC another listen to note any direct impressions.

I hope that M/R is not an error as it turned out to be in Terrilynne’s case. Of course we should accept LE’s last seen and timerange for that day, but it bothers me to get tunnel vision on that—I’d like to expand the range on that area perhaps a few miles, and also look at the terrain and landscape of possible areas that may not have been searched yet by LE.

Noting ftr that even the areas searched once already in that vicinity (Monday the 25th water searches iirc) doesn’t necessarily guarantee that Amiah hasn’t been missed. We often see recoveries in an area that have already been searched.

(ETA:
Sorry for my typos in the post above, I’m cringing at them)

——

Now compare this to other timeline for any discrepancies via linked sources. Not seeing any off the top of my head (again, I have some additions/specific time order revisions and need to correct timestamp on Tuesday search to 12:40):

Question, if “Amber gave permission to stay with the baby sitter until the following morning”, then this possibly indicates that AR (and RL?) were not staying at Holmes...?

And why would you give permission for the baby to stay overnight. This would have been Saturday, March 9. I’d be like no, I want my baby...

This is really really sad if RL was taunting her. So why didn't she call the police then? Maybe he blackmailed her or something...maybe re drugs idk...? The domestic incident referenced was not until Saturday the 16th, so if she was afraid of him, why? Does this mean he had abused her before? Does he have something big on her he was holding over her head? It would have to be something big to prevent her from calling the cops, moo.

—-

And what’s up with Motel 6.

——

So trying some recalculations now on maximum travel distances based on the M/R location for 7 hours now (vs. 9 hours above), IN CASE he left that area (which it does not sound like he did, JB says “an extended period of time” (define “extended“), and say he returned at 8:30, what do those maximum distance figures look like based on the above formula?

ETA: (scrambling to edit for clarity, about to run out of time again, apologies in advance)

Was RL’s car maybe “parked” there (M/R) for 7 hours? If so, that would bring up these options/ thoughts:

a) Was Amiah’s body was left in the vehicle during this time and disposed of during the drive home?

Vs:

b) Did he leave the parked vehicle (IF it was parked) with Amiah and kill her elsewhere (and was his parked car visible or was it just captured as driving by, again IF there is even footage of his vehicle and we are to consider a “parked scenario”). Thinking about this further, Nah, she couldn’t have been alive on camera since they said last seen alive and well at 1:15.

So, thinking about this further, did they see any surveillance of RL and something on it to indicate she was dead?....“Homicide Investigation”?
Because supposedly there’s no way she could’ve been alive after that, meaning IF she’s seen on camera with RL then she was deceased to the best of LE’s assessment from the footage. Because alive and well at 1:15 means alive and well at 1:15, not 1:30...

Also, Could he have killed her during those 15 minutes, 115 to 130?
—-

Continuing from above:

c) IF he parked his car somewhere there, could he maybe have taken a bus to another location? (with or without her in tow, maybe a backpack, small suitcase, duffle)—
Is there a bus stop near there?

d) Did he maybe call someone to pick him up (who is maybe known or unknown to LE (is there a pay phone there? Or did he use his own phone to call someone, whom they’ve identified but are not releasing or they can’t find or identity?)
-this option would also lend itself towards “persons” notes re: LS’ verbiage.
E) so maybe he went and partied for 7 hours then he disposed of her on the way home between 8:30 and 10:00
(Thinking out loud).

Wait—-

Jumping off A, maybe he left with her alive (Holmes as we know), killed her at a second location, then went to a third location for the disposal.

So DUH, potentially we could be looking for TWO crimes scenes, not one (if we are to believe “the babysitter and the other witnesses” that she was alive when she left.

It would have to be that Unless he went to a location and killed her AND dumped her at the same spot (similar to CW’s recent assertions of B’s and C’s kill and disposal location being one in the same).

—-

It seems likely to me he was possibly visiting someone in those apartments.

How many units I wonder there. Looking it up.

Thanks for the info. I thought the 1907 was where Amiyah’s belongings were found along the creek/river.
Yes, I think it is. In one of the videos by the neighbor on heavy.com, she says something that indicates 1907 being a river, and that bodies have been pulled out of there in the past.
It's probably a hangout place that may include the general area.
It is what Amber referred to as a place RL had been to and that's where she went and reported finding the items. Imo

Grrr ran out of time above.

What happens to the trash from the dumpsters at M/R specifically:

Food Mart
Apartments
Laundromat

Incinerator or landfill, if so where and when? What’s their schedules?

Can we zoom in on those dumpsters, fwiw. Tia.

—-

Are there any parks or wooded areas near the M/R location? If so where and how far? Culverts...

Needle in a haystack.

—-

Here’s a big question I have, any chance RL was seeing another woman?

And, as I wondered about in Lucas’ case, IF there was drug activity, where did they go to get it? Or did they make it? Have it delivered?

Hypothetically IF they were in the presence where hypothetically meth would be being manufactured, that could cause serious illness to a baby, moo. Not to mention shady sorts coming and going and everything else bad and disgusting to do with meth, moo.

After watching the PC again, I wonder again who else is not being truthful as alluded to.

Is there a key person(s) who’s name(s) has not yet been released in this investigation, I wonder.

It is it possible they meant AR wasn’t being truthful in the beginning (“person”) But is cooperating now...but that wouldn’t fit with “they know who they are”...

I’m going to go snoop around places I don’t usually like to snoop for some clues on this.

One thought I had... purely theory...

I wonder if someone saw Amiah harmed in the 200 block of Holmes and his presence in the Rockville/Mickley area is of interest purely in the interest of additional evidence removal (e.g. maybe he was at the laundromat trying to quickly get blood out of clothing? Would explain him being in the area for hours...)

I totally understand LE keeping what they have in their own hands for now but every day that passes I lose a little more hope that they’ll recover this baby, alive or dead :(

Regarding the incinerator/landfill question:

Indianapolis cannot get its’ collective crap together and implement a true recycle program. It’s been talked about and voted down since the days of Mayor Goldsmith. Customers actually have to pay to recycle (facepalm)... and yep in Indy proper most waste goes to the Harding Street Incinerator

Unless you pay for the services of The South Side Landfill,
the Harding Street Incinerator
is the only option for municipal solid waste removal for the city of Indianapolis. Also known as The Indianapolis Resource Recovery Facility, the incinerator is managed by Covanta Indianapolis, Inc. As one of the largest incinerators in the nation, the facility processes 2,175 tons of solid waste per day, which in turn produces 4,500 pounds of steam. Citizens Thermal Energy (CTE) purchases around 70 percent of the steam to power 40 percent of the downtown heating loop. The heating loop is made up of almost all of downtown Indy’s businesses and institutions, including IUPUI and Eli Lilly (Covanta Energy 2012).

Another specific question for LE (can we at least play the yes or no game lol?):

Yes or no questions for LE:

To your knowledge:
1. Did RL do laundry at that location?
2. Did he enter the food mart?
3. Does he know anyone at those apartments
4. Did traffic cameras capture his vehicle en route, if so where and when?
5. Is there any surveillance footage on RL on March 9:
6...

Wait a minute—-I know what it is possibly, his phone must’ve pinged there.

Note: Where’s the closest cellphone tower to that location? And which tower services near Holmes (if not the same tower)?

—interpreting cellphone tower data, that’s a whole nother ballgame.
—additionally, if this location is based on pings, then there is the “range involved” (1:30 to 8:30), which would require a start and end ping to determine. Again, I’m still not clear on the time between 8:30 and 10:00pm.

Noting AJ Thatcher Park near that location, there’s also Lynn Creek. I would imagine these areas have been searched...

(Again, Rhodius Park appears near 1907 W McCarty)

I just found this sad. And interesting, all things considered.

Kentucky, Indiana have highest child abuse rates in US

Sad to read.

Additionally from above:

“Norton Children's Hospital said there are tips for parents and bystanders ahead of National Child Abuse Prevention Month in April:

If you feel yourself about to lose control with a child, know it’s OK to step away. Listen to your favorite song, take a few deep breaths or call a friend.

Keep a list of friends’ and family members’ phone numbers to call for support.

Learn the TEN-4 bruising rule: Children under age 4 should not have bruising on the torso, ears or neck. Infants who are not mobile rarely have any bruises.

If you know a parent who may be feeling stressed, offer to babysit so he or she can have a break for an hour or two.

Offer to run an errand for a neighbor with small children who has difficulty getting out of the house. A small gesture like that can greatly reduce stress for the parent.

If you see someone about to raise a hand to a child, you can help the situation. Even saying something like, “I remember when my child acted like that,” can break the tension and protect the child.

To report suspected child abuse in Kentucky, call 877-KY-SAFE1 (597-2331). In Indiana, call 800-800-5556. The National Child Abuse Hotline, 800-4-A-CHILD (422-4453), also offers professional crisis counselors who can provide intervention, information and referrals to emergency, social service and support resources.“

Possibly off topic but a body was found (news article dated 3-38)
I dunno know why I thought he was basically unaccounted for for hours on end. This huge potential area for a body disposal doesn't strike me as a possibility any longer.

There are so many places to successfully hide a small body right near the baby sitter's home for me to think anyone was motivated to travel any great distance to do so. It's taking a chance to drive to a "less familiar, less comfortable area with a deceased baby in the vehicle. The baby's items were found dumped along a nearby creek... a few streets away. After her death, I think the baby was disposed of very quickly and in familiar territory. "Just a quick run out" and back again. With all the businesses, restaurants, and apartment complexes along Washington and Rockville, it would take mere minutes to find a dumpster. The creeks and woods-y areas are all close by, too. Just a little over a mile is the faster moving White River with many woodsy areas along the banks.
This theory imo, is contingent upon the baby sitter's house or near that house being where the baby was killed. Items of the baby's could have ended up so nearby the sitter's house because those items, alone were removed from the baby sitter's house or area... and may or may not mean the baby, herself, was removed from that same house or area. Do we know, for sure, that the baby died at the baby sitter's house? JMO.

Occam's razor (also Ockham's razor or Ocham's razor (Latin: novacula Occami); further known as the law of parsimony (Latin: lex parsimoniae)) is the problem-solving principle that essentially states that "simpler solutions are more likely to be correct than complex ones." When presented with competing hypotheses to solve a problem, one should select the solution with the fewest assumptions

I believe it is also used for prostitution, this may play a part in the case as well. People who use drugs often will exploit themselves or others in order to make money. Perhaps Robbie had a girl working for him and offered to arrange child care in order to enable her to stay at the hotel for a few days

Trying to be delicate with wording, please delete if not within WS rules.
I think you are on the money with this post. This may be going on in other places as well like the Waterfront Inn (although it is a much nicer hotel with pool). This is all MHO only.
