Watching the presser now: Amiah has been missing since March 9th, the items found by the river are Amiah's, the case is considered criminal and a homicide investigation and has been since early on because things they were told weren't adding up, they want information on Robert re: where he was on certain dates at certain times, they want people to come forward with any information they have.

Well I missed the first few minutes but at least we know that RL is a suspect and Amber is not at this time.
So they are asking for information regarding if anyone saw Robert in the area of Rockville and Midley (?) On March 9th. They don't know if the baby was with him or what he was doing.
They know he was on the south side of town for most of the afternoon. (between 1:30- 8:30 pm.) They are trying to figure out what he was doing and are asking the public for help.

I’m reminded of the Bella Bond case here in Massachusetts.

In that one, her body was found in a trash bag, in a body of water.

Until they identified her, she was known as “Baby Doe.”

Ultimately her mom, an habitual drug user, plead guilty to be an accessory after the fact, and testified against her boyfriend, who was convicted and sentenced to 25 to life.

1.Robert Lyons is officially a suspect in the disappearance of 8mo Amiah Robertson.

2.Police are treating the case as a homicide.

3.Lyons was arrested on a domestic incident but released 3 days ago.

4.Police have no idea where Lyons is right now.

She may not be a suspect at this time but she knew her kid was missing a week longer than she said. She knows. Put both of them in jail and the first one to sing gets a tv in their prison cell.

Poor Amiah. There’s so many people who would have loved you and cared for you like you deserved.
