9-year-old boy fatally shot in Cumberland

Police in Cumberland are still trying to figure out what led up to a shooting that killed a 9-year-old boy Friday afternoon.
Officers found the young victim at the Berkshire Square Apartments in the 500 Block of Wickerwood Drive.
Word of Anthony Harmon Jr.'s death spread quickly through the apartment complex where he lived Friday afternoon, shaking other parents to the core when they learned he was shot in the head.
