She has a felony case pending against her for methamphetamine possession and an arrest warrant has been issued on 7/26 after she failed to appear for court. See Case Search - MyCase

She also has a civil case against her filed by Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance (car insurance company) for an accident that happened in Marcg 2017 and resulted in $2200 damages Case Search - MyCase

Could she be hiding? Could she have harmed herself because of the situation?

Was she supposed to be a witness in a murder trial?

One resident, Ashley Lema, said she watched with concern while the couple loudly fought as they walked west down the street with the children in tow. Jackson was visibly struggling in the heavy rain, wearing sandals with wedge-style heels and toting a baby carrier and diaper bag, Lema said.

When she lost sight of the family, Lema said, she started to go inside.

"I had barely turned around and gone back in the house when I heard the 'pop, pop, pop,'" she said.
