Police are asking for help from the public to find a missing elderly Indianapolis woman.

Betty Sitko, 86, was last seen at about noon on Friday at her hairdresser in the 1500 block of North Emerson Avenue.

Sitko is about 5 feet all and weighs about 150 pounds. Police said Sitko does not have a medical condition that they think would have prevented her return home.

She drives a red 2005 Buick LeSabre with license plate 93A4308.

Police asked anyone with information to call 317-327-3811.

She has a nice car...I wonder if someone high jacked it. She could also have run off the road too. I wonder what the roads were like that day. She's up there in years to be driving herself around. I hope she is alright but it doesn't sound good. People of her age don't just take off to start a new life!
