17-year-old Brandon Lee Phillips was last seen Tuesday around 2 p.m. in the Crosswinds Apartment Complex in Danville. Phillips is described as a white male, standing 5’11” and weighing 125 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and gauged earrings

Police in Danville, Indiana are searching for a missing 17-year-old who they say suffers from a mental disorder and may have the mental capacity of an 8-year-old.

The teen is possibly on his way, or already in, the Illinois cities of Georgetown, Springfield, Decatur, Havana or Canton. Brandon is adopted and is now believed to be in the company of his biological adult brother Sebastian Dees, and his biological mother Laura Leah Hawks.
