Recovered/Located IN - Cassandra Forsythe, 35, Michigan City, 14 Aug 2017

Cassandra Forsythe, 35, of Michigan City, was reported missing Monday by her family and is a possibly endangered adult, according to a news release from the Michigan City Police Department.

Forsythe was last seen Sunday near Barker Avenue and Wabash Street in Michigan City, police said.

There is reason to believe Forsythe may be in "medical jeopardy," police said.

She is 35, white with short, brown hair. She is approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 140 pounds.

She does not have a vehicle and is believe to be on foot.
