Indiana man pleads guilty to killing girlfriend in northern Minnesota – Twin Cities

Daniel Gregory Lynn, 40, of South Bend, Ind., pleaded guilty to a charge of unintentional second-degree murder at a hearing in St. Louis County District Court in Virginia.​

Under a plea agreement with the St. Louis County attorney’s office, Lynn will face a guideline 16-year prison sentence, according to prosecutor Rebekka Stumme. A charge of intentional second-degree murder will be dismissed.​
