December 2015:

A federal appeals court has upheld a sentence, supervised release conditions and restitution order for a Gary man convicted of purchasing an infant and using her and her sister to make child pornography...

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit found the consecutive sentences were procedural error but were legally harmless.

U.S. District Judge Rudy Lozano's statements that he wanted to send a strong deterrent message against baby pornography would have been enough to sustain Bour's sentence, according to the Court of Appeals opinion. However, the judge erred in saying he was imposing a within-guidelines sentence and handed Bour and out-of-guidelines sentence, the opinion states.

I really wonder about some people, how can someone be so stupid, and cruel.
