So far I've seen no MSM interviews or public statements given by anyone in XB's family, and no reports of anyone in his family assisting in searches. This makes me wonder how much they are assisting LE with the search for Ciera.

It's possible XB's family may have hired lawyers who advised them to keep a low profile. It's also possible they are just staying in their homes, away from the media. MOO.

I'm very confused about the Atlanta family.

The house where Ciera was last seen belongs to somebody connected to XB, right? And that person lives in the house?

That person is described as XB's mother-in-law. But not related to Ciera? Does that mean the house owner is the mother of XB's ex-wife?

Why would Ciera have been visiting her? For that matter, considering the protection orders and other charges around the ex, why would the ex's mother be willing to see XB?

Am I missing something?

Agreed, but I'm not sure we know that information yet. Last I knew there were several possible routes, but AFAIK there have been no MSM or LE reports giving the exact route he took from GA to IN.

I was hoping gas station receipts or traffic cameras might help determine that. LE is probably still working on that and hasn't released the information. MOO.

@carbuff , I think the MSM report may not be worded correctly. The home where Ciera was last seen is XB's mother's home. XB's father lives in Carmel, right next door to XB and Ciera.

Details of that visit have not been released by local LE AFAIK, so at this time we don't know what events may have taken place there.

Okay, so his parents are divorced and the woman in Atlanta is XB's mom, making her Ciera's mother-in-law. That makes sense. Thank you!

The suspected/standard route Ciera and XB took when driving between IN and GA is listed on the FB group, but this has not been confirmed by LE at this time.

There are also multiple questions and comments about the security video from 2/24/22. AFAIK this video hasn't been released by LE, so we don't know what it actually shows.

Ciera and Xavier were having money issues lately.

Police were called to their home in Indiana for DV. The officer told her mother that something bad was going to happen to Ciera soon.

The baby is currently with Xavier's father in Indiana.

I have been following this matter since the inception and there has been no evidence he physically abused her until this. Sure we can all speculate.

Carmel police has three cases with Xavier’s name attached: a warrant, a domestic battery, and a weapons violation. Police would not immediately provide the details of the cases.

The article doesn't state the victim's name, but since Carmel police is involved, it could be Ciera.
