okay, i'll let them keep the tv for the safety sake of those correction officers.. but the rest along with the other comments mentioned above by others should stand. We as a country need to call for the reform of our prison systems.

As to your aside.. :laugh:... too funny and all the more reason as a parent to turn off the tv!

I read somewhere that only 2% of the US households are without a tv. It wasn't a reputable source, but it did make me feel like a freak. Maybe I'll go get a broken one and put it in the livingroom.

No, I just meant they might release one on accident if the overcrowing gets too bad.

There are sooooooo many things we can think of to do with Couey. I say maybe turn him over to some of the other death row guys. You know, the gift of a for good behavior. They can all hold on to him for the exact length of time that he held on to Jessie and then pass him on to the next guy. When everyone in that prison has had a turn, move him to the next prison and so on. Once the entire prison system has been covered, start again. He could do a yearly tour.

Ya and he has put on so much weight since eating that great jail food his butt is probably nice and plump....just right for those ole horny lifers and cons.

Speaking of food...guys like Couey and guys who have spent a lot of time as homeless people think that prison food is high class food. Better then digging in the dumpsters behind McDonalds, etc.

OK, let me see if I have a timeline in order....convicted, released, reoffends, runs, caught, now bail set? Free for $8,000? He is apparently not a flight risk or the jails are overcrowded.....again.

Those little girls are now young women. Relatives no less. Too bad they can't make him pay for the years and years of therapy that they needed and I pray they got.
