"Gary Police announced this afternoon they are seeking the public’s help to locate a missing man. Cornelious Noel was last seen on August 21st driving a blue 2011 Chevy Traverse with Indiana handicap plate D726RU.

Noel is described as a black male, 5’4”, weighing 170-pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Cornelious Noel is asked to call Gary Police Det. Sgt. Salazar 219-881-7300 ext 3042."
