Some thoughts...
In one of the videos at one of the news links (below) there is a neighbor lady mentioning she actually did see a blue Taurus come out of the alley but she thought nothing of it. It wasn't speeding away or anything, and it wasn't until she saw WW come out of the alley a few minutes later, then heard what was going on, she connected the two together.
So now I'm wondering, because me and my little google guy have been up and down every single alley and street in that 2 block section, which way was the Taurus going? Did it come out of the alley onto Henry, or onto Harding (the north/south alley where WW says it happened butts into the east/west alley between Chase and Harding on the south end) or onto Chase? All three streets have access to that same alley. Kind of an upside down T as shown here:

I've listened again to WW's 911 call and he says he's laying in the middle of the street on Harding and the blue Taurus went toward Oliver, so that means (if we're to actually believe this) the kidnappers were heading south, toward the T at the end of the alley (but they would have had to turn and exit the alley at Harding, or turned the other way and exited at Chase, since the alley doesn't go all the way through to Oliver.
In this video here http://www.wvec.com/news/Mother-pleads-for-return-of-abducted-baby-273035791.html the mom says (at :57 seconds in) "a police woman pulled up, I went around the corner (she's standing in front of her house and with her head she nods towards Oliver) to see where my son was and she told me his father was around the corner without my baby, and that someone hit my baby's father in the face, and took off with my baby"
Could that explain why she was seen heading south on Chase toward Oliver frantically pacing? If so, what time was that police woman dispatched to the mother's home, and did she (the mom) just walk away when the police woman told her WW had been hit in the face and the baby had been kidnapped, just around the corner?
If in fact he'd been hit in the face, where are the wounds/cuts/swelling that would have to occur after being bonked in the head with a gun? Unless of course the gun is made of silly putty (although it would be tricky to be knocked out from a silly putty gun).
Okay let's go back to the alley...
Me and google guy have been up and down that alley countless times. There is literally NO WHERE to turn around, at all, aside from that parking lot just about half-way down the block. So let's say WW and baby were walking down the alley, when White Dude in Jordans and Hispanic Hoop Earrings Lady who had parked there in that lot, jumped him, popped him in the head (and left his phones, wallet and dope, because robberies always go down that way) took the baby and headed south toward Oliver. If that in fact happened, then the witness Christine Richey http://www.wvec.com/news/Mother-pleads-for-return-of-abducted-baby-273035791.html has to live around that same area, right? Except... then there's the report that WW was knocked out, and just woke up and "Moments later, she said, she saw Wilson stagger out of the same alley and collapse." How long was he out? If he was out, how did he see them head toward Oliver? If he was actually knocked out, how did he "moments later" come out of the same alley the blue car did?
Now, mom. Where was she the morning of the disappearance of this precious baby? Why was WW out walking around for an hour with the baby if mom was at home? Giving her a break, taking that baby out in what many have said was a hot, humid, sweltering day?
Lots of questions but I think the blue car does actually exist, and in MOO was a handy vehicle to be in the alley the same time as WW. I mean, if in fact the story is fabricated, it was handy to see a car exiting the alley, that he could give a description of, to LE.
