The mother AND HER BROTHER have been extensively questioned! This is the first mention of the brother that I can recall. Also some interesting details from a witness who saw dad earlier in the day in the same alley!

I am finding myself wondering if it was garbage day and perhaps Delano was disposed of in a dumpster in a surrounding business? Maybe that bar that parking lot goes to the alley?

Yep, my curiosity is stirred up here. Could he have been told that the baby had been harmed and put into the alley so he went to check it out and found that it was true? Don't know but something made him run out of that alley and then return later and then claim that he was assaulted and the baby taken.

Where was the baby? Mom was at work. So he was running through the alley w/o the baby earlier in the day while mom was at work. I'm guessing Delano was disposed of prior to the 27th.

Do we actually know mom was at work? She did say initially she had just got a job 2 days prior but do we actually know where she was the morning this all went down?

The Harding Street Pub & Grub parking lot backs directly into the alley WW claims this all went down.

Who was watching the baby when WW was out running near the alley hours before he was allegedly robbed of his child?

MOO... baby Delano was already gone, and needed no one to watch him. That staged run out of the alley was a dry run. He didn't count on anyone seeing him, which is why he switched gears and and acted all cool, and calmly walked home.

Prediction:

the forensics lab will have their work done real soon (all the physical evidence they collected from and around the home of precious baby Delano) and we'll see an arrest by week's end. Granted, they could be way backed up with cases but I think this one might be bumped to the top of the heap. Just a hunch, and I certainly could be wrong, but just MOO, speculation and all that.

I wish I could remember where I read it, it almost had to be here on WS, but the bar and grill didn't have surveillance...either no system, or didn't have it going.

my immediate thought is: he's selling drugs. yeah, he got caught with pot because he smokes it. he's probably selling crack though. dealers get rid of their stash quickly because of the nature of the drug and people tweaking for it. that's probably why he was running from the alley. left the baby at home to go meet a client. JMO.

Edited: nevermind, I changed my mind. I think he did something with the baby and was running back to the house afterwards.
