Ellen Carr was last seen Wednesday, December 18 when she left her home near E. 75th Street and Hague Road and headed for the Walmart store on E. 96th Street around 2 p.m. Family members say she has not returned home and they haven't seen or heard from her since.
Carr is described as a 5'1", 140-pound white female with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black coat and blue jeans.
She should be driving a red, four-door 2010 Chevy Cobalt with Indiana license plate 391ALP. Carr has been diagnosed with slight dementia, but is allowed to drive and go about her normal business.
