Surprised this one doesn't have a thread but I couldn't find one.

He was found floating in cedar creek. His hands were bound and he'd been stabbed repeatedly. His PMI was 4 weeks and all parts were recovered.
He was moderately obese, and 'well-developed', 5'4 and 200 pounds. He had dark hair, a moustache/beard and grey eyes.
He wore a tan striped shirt, Levi's jeans with a 33" waist, size 8 Timberland boots, a blue hooded sweatshirt (size xl), black boxers with a teddy bears design, and a wooden cross necklace.

I don't suppose any of you guys could check if he has any rule-outs? His page is getting updated a lot recently.

This John Doe is undergoing forensic genetic genealogy testing according to this article.

"IGGnite DNA, LLC. offers Forensic Investigative Genetic Genealogy (FIGG) services to law enforcement agencies to assist in the investigation of cold cases, homicides, violent crimes, sexual assault cases and unidentified remains. The case they are working on with Allen County officials is that of John River Doe."
