I moved to Chicago from Indianapolis when I got married. Fishers is an upscale area overall, and that particular subdivision is considered somewhat "luxury" homes ($500,00 - $800,000 in a city where the median home price is low 200,000s). A very safe area overall when I lived there so I can see her father worried it was an "outside influence" that helped her in leaving. Parents saw her at home, in her bedroom, around 10pm.

Having moved to Chicago from Indianapolis, I can say that a $500,000 home there would be a million and up in my neighborhood here (my 1915 1000 square foot Mission bungalow that's NOT been updated other than plumbing and electrical was $400,000 so big sticker shock when I moved to Chicago

Where she lives is nice neighborhood to grow up in, but even the best of families and homes can have stressers for teens. I hope she is somewhere safe.
