"Health officials have confirmed 55 cases of HIV in Scott County since December. A month ago, the number of confirmed cases was 24. Cooke, along with others, is advocating for more resources in handling the outbreak that is soon expected to reach triple digits."

My brother died last year from AIDS. He was 31. It was a horrible death. His partner is/was a truck driver who refuses to get tested.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My own brother died at 33 over two decades ago.

Your brother's truck driver friend points out the need for EVERYONE to practice safe sex and take responsibility for his or her own health.
