The Muncie Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Muncie, Indiana. Muncie, Indiana is 61 miles northeast of Indianapolis.

Jack L. Carnes is an 84 year old white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, gray hair, and brown eyes.

He was last seen on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 4:30 pm in Muncie, Indiana and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

He was last seen driving a green 2005 Chevy Uplander with Indiana plate 740BBL.
