He had two open warrants for his arrest, for failure to appear at court. I think that hurried LE along, once they got his name. jmo

That side-by-side comparison of his tattoo of a girl’s face and Libby’s face is remarkable (in the heavy.com link) The tattoo is extremely disturbing.

I admit I don’t know about tattoos. Would he have taken in a photo for the tattoo artist to work from? Would be interesting to speak with the person who did the tattoo.
