I can't stop thinking about these three kids and all their friends who will forever be tormented by an evil murderer's actions. The stories about Jasmine and how she wanted to be a nurse when she grew up stick in my head. These kids had a right to grow up! How dare she take their lives away from them!!

I guess we all knew this was coming. It was horrifying reading those posts at the other site, knowing what ultimately happened.

I am trying to imagine what would bring a mother to the place where she could actually kill her children to hurt her husband. I can kind of almost imagine wanting to hurt him in the worst way possible, but actually doing this, I can't get there. Obviously some mental/emotional derangement in involved, she must have wanted to kill everyone he loved most before killing herself, even trying to kill the dog to boot. I wish someone had recognized how tortured this woman must have become. I know no one can predict this kind of outcome...but we have to find a way to learn from these horrific acts...I don't have the answer...
