I'm hoping, that after this hearing, we see some movement toward the jury trial for Jones.
His trial on Jan. 22 is coming up fast.

It will be 5 years on Jan 25 since they were charged with the murders. How much longer can they drag this out?

It appears so. I'm not sure it's going to happen, though; there are only 4 business days until it's scheduled to begin.
Shouldn't we be hearing something about jury selection by now?
The dates for the other two are still the same:

Under what circumstances does the court order order it?
I'm wondering if Jackson is cooperating with the prosecution on another case.
Do you have any ideas?

I totally have NO idea what is going on!! LOL! Could be one of them is cooperating or something - trying to make a deal with other prison sentences they received. Who knows! Definitely not me!
