Thank you! Wondering what that Motion to Dismiss by the State is about?? Maybe since he is already going to serve 120 years for the Blackwell murders - they are going to "drop" this case?? I see that "maybe" trial is next then.
I will check back in - in about a weeks time - to see if there might be another heaering before trial.

Not surprised - looks like a lousy court site! LOL! And no news - wonder why? Anyway - again thanks for your help on this case. Hopefully it will be over soon! And Sanders will get Justice!
