Police say the body of a man had been found in an oxidation ditch at a southern Indiana wastewater treatment plant. Jeffersonville city officials say all of their employees have been accounted for.

Police say the body found inside a Jeffersonville wastewater treatment plant Wednesday was that of 42-year-old William E. Herald.

The Jeffersonville Police Department says an autopsy conducted Thursday determined there was no evidence of foul play in his death.
