Whatever happened and whatever caused it will be released at some point. I can't think of a defense for this, but I'm sure there will be one. If this was my daughter I would just be relieved and grateful.

Missing Evansville mother of two held captive under terrible conditions

Two men have been arrested in Posey County on preliminary charges of criminal confinement.

Posey County Sheriff Greg Oeth tells us they think they found the cage where Joelle had been kept in the house.

Officials tell us that the suspects taken into custody on preliminary charges of the criminal confinement and rape of missing mother Joelle Lockwood are 37-year-old Ricky Roy House Jr. and 44-year-old Kendra Tooley.

what trash.....thankfully she was found and who is this man who reported it/saved her? why was he there to begin with - I am thankful he did the right thing but am wondering what was up to begin with????!!!
