GUILTY IN - Katelyn Wolfe, 19, Linton, 6 June 2013

This is all too strange for me. Sad, very sad.

Wait, do we know if this is the defense? Or just speculating?

You got that right! I posted earlier that they both looked so clean cut and harmless. After knowing what they did to this poor girl and seeing those mugshots, well WOWZA! That can sure change how a person looks in a heartbeat! I hope justice is fast approaching for poor Katelyn and her family. Cut down right at the beginning of her life. Just so sad

I thought the same thing and my perception of them has now changed dramatically. I wonder when they met each other and also when they became 'creeps' because it's possible they only recently 'teamed up' to 'creep' together.

Just a question because I'm not familiar with erotic asphyxiation: is it always the man doing this to the woman, or is it also done the other way round?

It is the other way around to. I have seen it done both ways and always held my breath (no pun intended) until it was over. Its often done by someone themselves, they set up a hanging situation that they think is safe and end up dead often called a suicide

We are speculating due to the reaction about the boys and family speaking almost well of the boys and thinking it was not intended to happen. Cant figure out how suffocation could be an accident. It is going to be interesting to hear more from LE about this case.

If they had raped her, they might come up with this sex game as an excuse as to why she had recently had sex, i.e.

This sounds like the case of Elizabeth Marriott, I think her name was, in New England.

This is all just so sad.....no matter what bs story these punks come up with it doesn't change the fact that Katelyn is dead. No matter what they say, what excuse they use, what ploy they spin to make it look like it was an accident, Katelyn is still gone. It just makes me VERY ANGRY that the 🤬🤬🤬's think that their lame excuses will make it "alright" that Katelyn was killed. We didn't mean to....blah freakin dah!!! The girl is dead, by your hands. Now stand up and admit what you did and take the consequences. You were men enough to possibly rape her and God know's what else they did to that poor girl.....take your raps for it too boys.

I think I need to go on a small time out. This is just making me so damn angry and just sick :pullhair::puke:

the body was found bound in duct tape and rope with an anchor attached.
The body, recovered from the bottom of the lake, also had a white shirt duct taped over her head.
During an autopsy examination conducted by Forensic Pathologist Dr. Roland Kohr at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute on Tuesday afternoon, it was reported that duct tape was wrapped around Wolfe's head over the top of the shirt, covering her mouth and nose. She also had duct tape wrapped around her head covering her mouth, under the shirt.

According to Kohr's report, the cause of death was asphyxia due to smothering and the manner of death was homicide.

Absolutely no accident.

According to a probable cause affidavit prepared by Detective Josh Goodman of the Linton Police Department, Buskirk told officers that Crosley used Wolfe's cell phone to send and receive text messages and to post to Wolfe's Facebook page to try to cover their tracks.

:stormingmad: I am absolutely speechless. Katelyn's murderers are pure evil. Why did they do this? Why? So terrible for Katelyn and her family.

Sooooooo, where does the accidental death thing fit in??? I cant imagine a police officer finding this girl all duct taped up, saying uh oh, they didn't mean to do this. These two had bad intentions and maybe had the pack mentality while trolling around. So I am confused on comments in the media right after she was found. This info and Baby Elaina's "mom" have made my head pound today.

I believe it was an journalists error who wrote "accidental" rather than "intentional"

Maybe the family wasnt privy to these details when they were talking to the media. They knew these boys and guess they just didnt want to believe they were pure evil.I saw the dad and SM myself on tv and the dad was talking about how respectful the one Randy I believe was when he would come to the house. I think the parents thought it was an accident and something went wrong and instead of calling for help they left her.
