Defense now questions Commander Cecil. Cecil says he has no evidence that Kline ever paid for photos or ever met anyone in person he messaged online. Cecil says Kline was a minor himself during some of the activity found on his devices.

Prosecution clarifies through Cecil answer that no Tony Kline user information was found in the iPhone (Kegan's most current device) on which the evidence was collected for the criminal charges in this case. Commander Cecil done testifying. Court now takes short recess.

State Police detective David Vido is now testifying. He is the lead detective on Kegan Kline's child case. But he was not assigned to the case until 2019, two years after the raid at Kline's house. Vido says Kline admitted to creating the "Anthony Shots" profile.

Vido testifies that Kegan Kline admitted to receiving over 100 photos & 20 videos of underage girls that were sexually explicit. Vido says Kline said he never shared images with his father, his father did not have access to phone, his dad did not know much about social media.

Vido says victim count 1 (4-1-16 child solicitation) was identified as then 13-year-old girl in another state, who met "Emily Ann" on Meet Me. This victim confirmed she sent sexual photos and video to Kline taken while she was in her mother's hospital bathroom. Mother was sick.

Vido says "Emily Ann" profile asked victim of count 1 to meet at a hotel to have sex. That did not happen. Victim did not realize that "Emily Ann" was actually Kline until she was interviewed by police in January 2022.

Detective Vido testifies that while in jail, Kline has been reaching out to random women soliciting sexual conversations. Vido says Kline even got his mom to provide contact information for women.

As Kline case gained attention, Vido says women also started reaching out to Kline in jail. He tried to get sexual conversations going with them and offered to provide information about his case and other cases in exchange for sexual conversations.

I hope this testimony today will disabuse any holdouts of the false notion that KAK is a harmless bottom dweller.

The damage this one man caused, it's evil. He set these girls up to be victims of ongoing abuse by him and others.

He needs consecutive sentences and zero internet access going forward.

MOO He's not a harmless bottom dweller but not the worst I've ever read about, either. Those are the ones who sexually abuse their own children and other peoples' children for money AND include sexual abuse/torture of animals (animal crush videos).

The judge will give him what he thinks he deserves, within the law. Again.. MOO. Not trying to sway anyone else's.

I'm hoping defense gets answers to some of the questions we've had and then I hope MSM reveals them. Like this one: "Defense question, Detective Vido says there was evidence to arrest Kline in 2017. (Kline was not arrested until 2020.) Vido says Kline lied to police in original interview but agreed to a polygraph test on different case."

Are they saying they didn't arrest him in 2017 because he lied or is that another line of thought?

Miami County probation officer Cathy Knight is testifying. She prepared the presentence investigation report on Kegan Kline. The report describes defendant's background & tries to assess the risk of reoffending.

Knight testified that Kline told her he was angry no women would contact his real dating profile so he created a fake one. Kline said he was addicted to & soliciting images from girls made him feel wanted. Kline said he wished he would have gotten job & got into counseling.

Probation officer testimony: Kline wants a chance to show he can be a changed man. He claims he didn’t know his victims well but wants to apologize. Kline said he did not communicate with victims to build relationships but to get photos.
