For those who have the time to check this daily, it's only 10 days to KAK's next court event, a pretrial conference on the 20th. I'm anxiously watching to see if it actually goes to trial. Don't get toooo excited or start any wild rumors, if there is a cancellation or rescheduling, it may not mean much. In my opinion, it could mean a plea deal is in the works and maybe not that other thing that was thought of due to the river search.

It's the night of the 17th, KAK's pretrial conference is in 3 days, and it is still on the schedule for the 20th.
It's disappointing to have to wait so close to trial time to see if there will be a plea bargain or anything else going on with him.

The only significance is, is that it actually took place and they are one step closer to trial. Unusual, in my opinion, for a defendant to have so much confidence in the ability/resources/commitment, of a public defender, that he would risk going to trial. The discovery materials alone would be a mountain of reading/paperwork.

According to court records, Kegan Kline admitted to creating the fake, online "anthony_shots" profile to meet underage girls and receive explicit photos.

For now, it appears that KAK and TK were not involved with the suspect in the Delphi murders. This could mean that neither KAK or TK is BG.
The actual suspect is reportedly close in height to the original height estimate of BG.

Not that I can see. It's not guaranteed to show everything, but I check the posted court calendar regularly. Not too long of a wait to go, after more than 2 years. He could wait all the way up to trial to accept a plea.

Just an updated this morning. They are requesting to drop 5 charges at this time due to them feeling they will not be "beyond a reasonable doubt" threshold. They are also requesting to downgrade a number of charges as well.

IMO KK is making a plea deal due to the downgrading of charges. According to Google map I am 1 hr. 22 minutes from the Miami Co. courthouse, tempted to go on a lovely fall day road trip to get the new filings but I don't want to spend the $$ as the MS people will probably have them ASAP!

As far as I know ( I am not an expert at all) they may just be the dates that the offenses occurred. Per mycase.in.gov the first filling and opening case was August 2020. To me this indicated the charges are from when the offenses occurred.

I think those are the dates that he started new accounts with fake names. Each separate date in 2016 is him opening a new fake account IMO.
