”Now, some of the smaller counties will require you to plead to all the charges,” said Mario Massillamany, a Hamilton County defense attorney who formerly served as a deputy prosecutor in Marion County.
”So in the smaller counties when you to plead to all the counts, as long as its concurrent, you’ll tell your client, ‘Lets move on from this case and having it drag on because your penalty is not gonna be any worse. They’re just wanting to save face in the public by having you plead to all the counts.’

Sources also tell I-Team 8 that Kline’s own words triggered the weeks long search of the Wabash River last year.

Sources tell I-team 8 that Kline told investigators they would find evidence in the river connected to the Delphi murders.

Court documents also indicate Kline and prosecutors were in negotiations about the child case at the same time, but never indicated an agreement was reached.

If this is true I think it’s tragic that KAK continues to exercise power and control over others, even while incarcerated. Similar to child *advertiser censored*, pretending to be somebody interesting and attractive who he’s definitely not in order to entice young females to become attracted to him and get them to do things at his beck and call, notice the similarity to the water search if it indeed was caused by him? What a sham, big fake, pathetic fraud, can’t be trusted. He gets off on attention and he’s been getting too much of it from the media IMO

I'm not ready to fully believe that LE took KAK strictly at his word, on a whim, with no other supporting evidence to warrant that five-week river search. Jmo.

How many times have we heard that LE holds back information to prevent false confessions and the like? This is a prime example of a time they could use unknown details to verify someone's statement. Hopefully.

Judge walking Kegan Kline through each charge, making sure he understands to what he is pleading guilty: 1 count child solicitation, 8 counts of child exploitation, 11 counts of possession of child , 2 counts synthetic identity theft, 3 counts obstruction of justice.

Judge tells Kegan Kline he would be admitting to all these crimes by pleading guilty and giving up his right to a trial. He is charged with level 5 & 6 felonies. Sentence 1-6 years on level 5, 6 months to 2.5 years on level 6. Judge could sentence consecutive or concurrent.
