Thanks ... did anything pan out about the truck in the area? Morgan Harrington was taken from the street while intoxicated. Reports from friends were confusing and not helpful. It was a stranger abduction.

No, the Morgan Harrington case has not been resolved.

A DNA test showed a connection to a previous assault and attempted rape in Fairfax 2005, which was perpetrated by a man known only by a sketch based on the victim's description. Posters often refer to him "Sketch."

We do not know if Sketch was an acquaintance of MH.

We do not know if Sketch killed MH, only that MH came into contact with Sketch during her stay in Charlottesville which began the night of October 17, 2009.

JMO: Sketch may have known MH somehow through VTech. The murder was committed by a group. MH may have known at least some members of the group.

While you're looking into the shoes, Tony, would you please look into the sweater/jacket, as well? I don't understand why no mention has been made of its whereabouts when it so clearly appears on her arm in the photo as she left Smallwood the first time that evening.

Jane, ITA about the ballet flats. I wonder if it was mistakenly reported that she was barefoot when she left Sports? I don't recall a report stating LE had the shoes. I'll have to research that one.

They do make it a point later on to say that it's a fluid number and that the number shouldn't be focused on, take that for what it's worth. If you're referring to the initial number of 10, and including his answer that they weren't all necessarily known to her, I think you could include whoever was involved in the altercation at Smallwood, JR's potential visitor, even Kilroys personnel that interacted with her.

Why is HT even being considered a POI? I for one, do not feel like she should even be considered a POI. I feel like there are "others" that were at 5 North that we do not even know about. Since, it has been stated that she may have been seen by 3 possibly 4 others after CR saw her last. I think JR is telling the truth... IDK why, I just do. I think there were others at that apartment or in that lot that were lurking. If she went down 11th to College... sounds like she was trying to avoid going down that alley again. As far as, the ballerina shoes? That is what Amy W. is seen wearing in most of her videos that have posted today. Why all of a sudden would LS be wearing those? As far as her not having her shoes/cell phone... he may have been trying to get her home and didn't care if she had her shoes or not. Has anyone heard from anyone that was at Kilroy's that night? And was she asked to leave? I am just trying to sort things out. JMO....
